Claire Baker remains the sole owner and Managing Director, based in Shropshire. Following experience in both hospitality (hotel, catering, leisure and tourism) and retail industries, she has taught Business from ages 11 to 19 and has been an Examiner, Principal Examiner and Reviser for Business and Business related courses for a leading awarding body. She is a highly experienced author having written and published hundreds of resources over the last 20 years used by thousands of students and teachers throughout the UK and overseas, as well as preparing and delivering training courses for teachers and seminars to thousands of students across the UK.
