Ben Greenwood

Proud owner of the longest job title in the business, Ben joined us as digital marketing manager in early 2021. He took over managing our ecommerce channels shortly after and when offered the chance to become our DocuWare consultant took it on with gusto. A couple of years later and he's flying with it, building systems or overseeing projects like a pro!

Chris Poole

Ethan Richardson-Keeley

Ethan provides IT support internally and externally to our customers around the country, ably supporting Chris in ensuring our managed print services are maintained to the highest standard. His knowledge in the IT department is second to none within Keeley Travis which means he's the one we all go to when we've got issues with hardware or software. It also means he's the one we turn to when customers have issues too!

Laura Hollingworth

Now our longest serving staff member (founders aside!), Laura is a Keeley Travis legend. She knows the status of every customer and pretty much every order at any time. If you have a question about office supplies, your account or your order, it's Laura you should ask. To be honest, if we have a question about that side of the business, it's Laura we ask. Nobody knows more!

Natalie Smith

Paul Travis

John and Paul founded Keeley Travis in 2004, providing office supplies and office copiers to the Manchester area. Paul took care of the sales side of the business whilst John handled the logistics and together they built a successful business that prides itself in outstanding customer service and the highest quality products. Recognising how quickly the way people do business is evolving, Paul and John have ensured Keeley Travis is constantly evolving too, adding business communications, document management solutions and more to our range of technology services.

Rebecca Waterhouse

Rebecca (or Becky, or Beck, or Beckster) heads up our sales team. Becky joined Keeley Travis in 2020 as a BDM and has shone ever since, leading to her becoming manager.

Shane Doyle

Specialising in our business communications service, Shane's expertise historically lies in business mobile deals and more recently hosted phone systems, supplying companies in and around Manchester with the cheapest tariffs and best hardware. With us for nearly six years, Shane is your go-to guy for all your communication needs, including business broadband. Oh, and don't mind his sense of humour. He's harmless really.

Todd Forrester

As office supervisor Natalie ensures the smooth running of our business, ensuring that you receive the high levels of customer service you've come to expect from Keeley Travis. Natalie also boasts a Level 2 City & Guilds Award in Leadership & Team Skills, so you know she's qualified to get the best out of our team. It's fair to say Todd has done the rounds at Keeley Travis, having joined our sales team originally, before taking up a couple of roles in customer service and finally finding his niche as account manager, providing excellent support to our customers. In his (very) early 20s, Todd has shown considerable improvement since he joined us. As well as making us all feel really old.
