Blanson's customer base is global in both size and operation and we export products to customer locations throughout the world... Blanson specialises in the manufacture of cast acrylic components including cylinders, domes, spheres, hyper hemispheres, (without the need for a bonded seam), flat disc windows and other acrylic products for customer applications that are challenging in terms of requirements for strength, visual clarity, biocompatibility and durability... Blanson segregated its casting facility in 2020 from its other operations in order to further enhance the quality and integrity of our material. Blanson's casting process is performed at a stand-alone factory occupying 22,500sq ft, incorporating class 8 certified clean rooms.
