JOSCELYNE CHASE - Key Persons
Bryan has been involved in property since 2000 focusing his experience along the A12 corridor between Chelmsford and Ipswich. Bryan has overall responsibility for the property management department and our East Suffolk base. Bryan joined Joscelyne Chase in 2018 and was appointed Managing Director in 2021.
Jasmine joined Joscelyne Chase in 2014 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator building up an extensive sales and lettings background within Residential Property. Jasmine joined the commercial department in 2021, where she deals with a diverse range of commercial properties for sale and let whilst overseeing the management of premises, blocks and estates. Jasmine was promoted to Associate Director in January 2022.
Lauren joined the Joscelyne Chase team in 2022 as a Property Manager and is currently studying for her ARLA qualification and membership. Lauren has a background in property management and is responsible for dealing with the day-to-day running of the lettings department, specialising in tenancy renewals and rent negotiations.

Neil joined Joscelyne Chase in 2022 as our Property Manager he has gained extensive experience since developing his career in this area back in 2019, gaining knowledge looking after block management in different areas of the South East of England. Neil is responsible for the property management department at Joscelyne Chase across Braintree and surrounding areas.
PAUL BIRD - Chief Commercial Officer
Paul has worked in the commercial sector for an excess of 40 years, training as a surveyor in London. Paul joined Joscelyne Chase in 2006, where his primary role would be to set up a Commercial Agency and Management departments.
Paul is highly knowledgeable in offering professional and reliable Sales advice and supports buyers and clients throughout the entire buying and selling process.
Shane has worked within the property industry since 2014, having gained valuable experience through many sectors all over Essex, working tirelessly to progress into the position he is in today, as a commercial manager for Joscelyne Chase. He was previously a Senior Sales manager overseeing multiple offices across Essex. He brings an abundance of passion, and values great customer service above all. Being a homeowner and landlord himself, he understands the little things that makes the biggest difference within the industry, and applies his knowledge and experience to help everyone of our commercial clients here at Joscelyne Chase. He is currently studying for his ASSOCS RICS. Once completed he will be offering additional Valuation services alongside our commercial agency to help as many clients as possible with purchasing / selling / renting commercial property.

Simon has been in and around property most of his life, he has a broad spectrum of experience from New Homes, Property Management, Land Sales through to Property Investment. Simon is on hand to give advice and look after your property needs across the residential departments.

Therese joined the Joscelyne Chase Family in August 2023 to take care of the Finances for the various Properties and Estates here at JC. She has extensive experience in Finance having notched up 25 years managing similar roles across the south east of England.
