Central was the largest and strongest survivor of a former regional network of housing association group training schemes created by the Housing Corporation. Over 70 Midlands housing associations subscribed to a range of training, consultancy and advice services. Formerly reliant on Housing Corporation grant funding, Central has since reinvented itself as an independent organisation, operating nationally throughout England and Wales, its reach now extends to Local Authorities, third sector, charities and social care organisations...
