Adam has worked within residential sales since 2005, gaining a wealth of local knowledge by helping vendors, buyers, property investors and developers to achieve their property endeavours.
He joined Bourne Estate Agents in 2009 and has been instrumental in the success of this Flagship office. Since joining Bourne Adam has built strong local connections with many investment buyers and developers, achieving superb testimonials due to his professional approach. Additionally, his success is demonstrated through various top performance related awards he has won throughout his career with Bourne Estate Agents.
Adam lives in South Farnham and can often be found networking in some of Farnham's finer hotspots.

Adrian began his Estate agency career in 1998, at one of the largest independent estate agents in the UK. Having been with Bourne from the very beginning back in early 2009, Adrian and his highly dedicated and experienced team have seen Bourne of Farnham become the areas number one estate agents. As the Director of the Branch he has seen the office grow from strength to strength through hard work, a loyal team, extremely high standards of service and ‘word of mouth' recommendations. Adrian is incredibly proud of his team who have made Bourne what they are today.

Two decades ago, Andrew embarked on his career with a well-known national agency, contributing to the success of two thriving offices in Berkshire and Hampshire. Having previously worked with Stuart, it was an effortless choice for him to join Bourne shortly after its launch of the first office in Farnham in 2009. In his current role, Andrew oversees the Alton, Bordon & Petersfield offices, where he has witnessed the Hampshire offices of Bourne flourish under his leadership.

Becky has spent 17 years in the Surrey Lettings industry predominantly for independent agencies. She is an ARLA member and currently studying for an upper level in her ARLA qualifications. She is very knowledgeable about the rental market but also legislation. Her priority is customer care and to ensure that high communication is coupled with a positive friendly experience. She has two young children which she loves to spend time with and enjoys going to the theatre and to dinner with friends.

Bella joined the team in 2016 and brings with her wealth of experience, having both bought and sold properties on numerous occasions. Bella is also a landlord herself, looking after her portfolio of properties. Bella's key role is a sales consultant, dealing with clients in and out of the office, showing them around properties.

Bradley has been with Bourne since 2013, working in various offices and expanding his knowledge and skills in property sales and client care. Bradley also has first hand experience in residential conveyancing having worked for a solicitors firm for a number of years which is a true asset in helping our clients with the progression of their sales. In his spare time Bradley will either be found on the golf course or furthering his interests in cooking and mixology.

Having travelled the world working on cruise ships, he has accumulated a vast amount of experience in customer service. He is always positive in his approach to helping customers with their property search, going above and beyond to deliver world class customer service. Brandon now lives in the local area and spends a lot of his time exploring the Woking and surrounding areas which makes him a good guide for any landlords or tenants looking to move to the area.

Daniel joined Bourne in 2019, having worked within the property industry since 2005. After working in London for 12 years, he then relocated back to the borders of West Sussex and Hampshire. Daniel and his wife were very keen to bring up their two young boys in the beautiful countryside he grew up in. Having been to school in Petersfield and Midhurst and having family and friends within the area, he has a wealth of knowledge of the community and the local villages close to Petersfield. It was an easy choice for him to join Bourne being a market-leading independent agent with a fabulous reputation. Daniel is very pleased about the team he has inherited as their proactive and positive attitude is infectious.
