With more than two decades' coding experience under his belt, Andy continues to prove an integral part of the Evoluted development team. Having been with Evoluted since 2012, he has worked on countless projects for our clients. An analytical thinker, his background includes working as a Research Associate at the University of Sheffield and as a theoretical physicist, which involved research into Quantum Optics!
Andy is passionate about web accessibility and led our 'A11y Advent' campaign in 2022 where we posted a daily accessibility tip in December.
Having co-founded Evoluted in 2006, Ash's passion for the digital world and obsession with client satisfaction has since helped the company grow into one of the UK's leading digital agencies. An advocate of ROI-focused delivery and a firm believer in the use of bespoke technology, he was nominated for ‘Business Person of the Year' at the 2017 Sheffield Business Awards.
Joining Evoluted in 2022, Chanice supports our MDs Giorgio and Sam in her role as Executive Assistant as well as generally helping ensure our agency runs smoothly. Originally from London, she previously worked for Formula 1, carrying out PA, event logistics and ambassador programme duties.
Chanice now lives in Durham but joins our team in Sheffield when she can.
Chris heads up our Paid Media team, drawing on substantial previous agency experience across Paid Search and Paid Social managing a wide array of accounts from eCommerce start-ups to multi-million-pound-budget operations.
In 2022 he delivered talks on Performance Max campaigns at both Sheffield DM and PPC Live UK, as well as being featured in the latter's "Rock Stars in Our Industry" series. A prolific contributor to industry news discussions, in 2023 Chris was named one of Marketing O'Clock's Top 50 Most Influential PPC Experts worldwide.
Dan joined Evoluted's Paid Media team in 2023 to support our clients with their Google and Bing Ads accounts. He'd previously accrued five years' marketing experience in in-house and agency roles, gathering expertise across a range of sectors.
SEO Executive Dan joined Evoluted in 2022 after a seismic life change which saw him relocate from Gloucester to Sheffield and change careers, having worked as a Web Developer until then.
That career path has meant he's provided a fresh perspective to our SEO team and means he's highly adept at more technical projects like GA4 migrations and analytics tracking.

Dan joined Evoluted in 2022 after a distinguished five years in SEO. As our Digital Marketing Manager, he spreads the word about the excellent work being delivered by our team by getting Evoluted's expertise in front of businesses who could benefit from our support.
Having founded an SEO agency for start-up businesses in his previous role, Dan relished the opportunity to join the set-up at Evoluted and help grow an already thriving agency. He was a finalist for Prolific North's 2022 Marketer of the Year and runner-up for Young Digital Marketer of the Year at the 2021 Northern Digital Awards.
A highly-experienced search professional, Dec joined the Evoluted team as Head of SEO in 2020. Having worked in the industry since the age of 17, he's seen the SEO landscape change dramatically and holds excellent insight into what it takes for websites to excel in search. He's enthusiastic about making changes that can have a noticeable impact, both in life and in marketing.
Having overseen a large and sustained period of growth in his former role, he has built out Evoluted's SEO team and service offering over the past few years.

Ellie is responsible for delivering creative content strategies for Evoluted clients, from ideation stage through to execution, with a focus on delivering tangible results through data-driven, integrated campaigns and combining creative execution with technical expertise to drive results that directly impact her clients' bottom lines.
Paid Search Specialist Elie joined Evoluted with a broad mix of marketing experience including Content Marketing, SEO, Paid Social, CRMs and more, following roles with a marketing agency, a local government authority and a college.
She especially enjoys running Google Ads campaigns and sifting through juicy ads data, now, though, and draws on her holistic marketing experience to help her craft winning Paid Search strategies for our clients.
Doing something creative! Elie plays piano, makes candles, bakes, paints and loves exploring the outdoors, especially North Wales. Otherwise, she enjoys the gym and getting stuck into a good crime book or a board game - anything but sitting still, basically!
Ellie joined our Web Development team in early 2022 and supports in building exciting digital projects for our clients. A former Forensic Science student, Ellie had a varied career spanning hospitality, sales and risk management before discovering her love for coding.
That love is best evidenced by the fact she taught herself to code over the course of a 16-week full-stack bootcamp! Ellie currently holds one of our Cultural Officer roles as our Diversity & Inclusion Advocate, working to make sure Evoluted is as fair and accessible as an employer as possible.

Emily joined Evoluted in 2023, bringing seven years' marketing experience with her - six of them in social.
She's worked across a variety of industries, from electrical equipment to sexual health, and has wasted no time in applying her knowledge to the benefit of our clients and her colleagues.

As co-founder of Evoluted, Gareth has played a central role in turning the company into one of the UK's leading digital forces. Growing from humble beginnings managing our very earliest projects in Chesterfield in 2006, he oversees all logistical operations, and is responsible for everything from managing incoming projects, to ensuring the smooth running of design and development work.
Travelling - Gareth's worldly excursions have included the completion of the Mongol Rally for charity in 2010. When he's not visiting the furthest reaches of the globe, he spends his weekends trekking up and down the UK in pursuit of his beloved Crystal Palace. Whilst those trips haven't seen too many successes, he can take solace in being the office's reigning and multiple-time Fantasy Football champion.
An experienced all-round marketer whose career has included stints at Derby University, an edtech startup and leading Evoluted's marketing department, Giorgio stepped up to a Managing Director position in 2022.
He now drives our agency forward by focusing on big-picture strategy and making our marketing services as strong as they can possibly be.
Away from his day-today activities at Evoluted, Giorgio has also shown a flair for running digital events, playing a key role in founding and running both Startup Weekend Sheffield and Sheffield DM.
An experienced Web Developer, James celebrated his 7-year Evoluted anniversary in 2023. He heads up our 'Team Neon Llama' Development squad, drawing on his wealth of experience to create high-performing websites for our clients.
James cites the variety in work, and the challenges that brings, as his favourite part of the role.
As one of Evoluted's longest-standing team members, Jimbo has been putting his expertise to use for our clients for over a decade. With extensive experience related to back-end Web Development, he's also well-accustomed to working with front-facing code too.
His versatility continues to prove an excellent asset to the development team and he currently works in our Team Neon Llama Development squad where his experience is a huge benefit.
As a Content Executive, Jenn works closely with the rest of the Content Team to develop and deliver engaging and captivating content for our clients.
Before working with us, Jenn studied Fashion at university, going on to build a wealth of experience in content creation, social media management and copywriting, with a specialism in creating website and blog content.

Jo joined Evoluted in 2017, bringing extensive digital knowledge with her from stints at media and PPC agencies. With a rounded marketing background, Jo has specialised in Digital PR at Evoluted, coming up with creative campaigns (for example, "Can you get drunk off a roast dinner?") which win coverage for clients while being fun to work on.
Initially working in our Paid Media team and focusing on PPC clients, Joe moved across to our SEO team in 2022 to continue his marketing development. With keen interests in psychology, eCommerce and economics, it's no surprise Joe's been drawn to a career in marketing.
In his role as Technical Team Lead, John's expertise is vital to our development approach across several large-scale projects. He arrived at Evoluted in 2019, having worked in various roles for several local agencies including as Technical Manager and Software Engineer.
John's primary skills are providing insight into architecture, scaling, dev-ops, deployment and security.
Kim joined Evoluted in 2022 after freelancing at a local digital agency following a career in teaching. As she points out, there are plenty of transferable skills between teaching and her current role: "I'm no stranger to the the juggling act Project Management requires, after managing 30 projects (with attitude) in the classroom!"
Her organisation and time-management also come in handy in ensuring our Development projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Laura arrived at Evoluted in the role of Junior Web Developer in 2018 and has become a mainstay in our Development team. She has amassed experience working on a wide array of websites and projects at Evoluted and carried out Development for a music festival website in a previous role.

As a trained journalist, Laura looks for the story in everything and heads up our Content Marketing team, drawing on six years of content and PR experience. She leads on strategies and digital PR campaigns to deliver outstanding results for our clients, utilising her storytelling experience to deliver brand content that drives SEO metrics and builds links.
A true team player and leader, Laura is always busy rounding up the team for brainstorms, strategy meetings, and, of course, a good old catch-up over a brew.
Liam joined Evoluted from another local SEO agency in 2021, linking back up with former colleague and Evoluted Head of SEO Declan Reilly. Liam loves the variety that agency life brings and combines great technical knowledge with the huge personal value he finds building strong relationships with his clients.
Liam joined our Web Development team in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in various coding languages. He began an apprenticeship working in programming straight from school before realising his true passion was in Javascript and CSS.
Although based in Glasgow, Liam joins our team in Sheffield when he can.
Project Manager Lucas joined Evoluted in 2021 with a colourful career history! After studying German with Dutch at the University of Sheffield, Lucas spent time working in Berlin and London as a translator and managing construction projects before finding his calling in digital. Having spent the past 7 years working in localisation and creative project management, Lucas now works closely with our internal project teams as well as those servicing our web clients.
Serving as Dungeon Master (the Dungeons & Dragons kind that is - Lucas chairs Evoluted's D&D club!) He also co-hosts and produces a Dungeons & Dragons podcast alongside his more ‘regular' hobbies playing football and video games, and keeping fit through running.
Matt joined our Development team in 2021, bringing his passion for UX and building intuitive user interfaces to the role, as well as his experience creating React apps.
He previously worked as an electrical engineer in Canada before returning to the UK, retraining as a Web Developer and working at a Sheffield-based software house where he developed bespoke Wordpress sites for eCommerce businesses.
Matt is our current CSR Officer, taking charge of our strategy to give back to the environment and local communities.
Nicky supports the team in implementing technical SEO and marketing strategies to optimise clients' online visibility, search ranking and profitability. An all-round marketer who has worked in SEO, Social Media, Copywriting and PPC roles both agency-side and in-house, Nicky's drawn to the variety that agency life brings, as well as the opportunity to work with passionate and talented people.
In the last couple of years, Nicky has specialised in SEO, and since joining Evoluted has taken on a lead organiser role for Sheffield DM, the bi-monthly marketing conference run by our staff.
Having identified a desire to work for a digital company with a passion for great design, Rebeca arrived at Evoluted in 2017. Having enjoyed key roles at digital agencies in Brighton, Manchester and Sheffield, she brought more than 12 years' experience to our team. In her role as Senior Project Manager, she is responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly by keeping her teams organised.
Having spent the past two decades building websites, Rick is one of the most experienced members of our Development team. He's led countless projects across the roles he's occupied in the industry and enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems on large websites.
With strong skills related to server management and website performance, Rick is accustomed to putting his knowledge to use outside of work too. He once ran a large network of gaming sites, and he also managed his own hosting business for several years.
Sam has been with Evoluted since 2016, progressing first to Head of Web Development before becoming Managing Director in 2022. Over that period he has been integral to improving our internal processes and ensuring our projects meet exceptional Web Development standards.
His wealth of Development experience allows him to support with delivery of complex client projects as well as helping lead and grow our agency.
Shamsa joined Evoluted in 2022 following more than seven years' experience in digital marketing. She discovered her passion for marketing following a work placement during her English degree at Sheffield Hallam University, and later linked up with several future Evoluted colleagues during stints at South Yorkshire marketing agencies.
Technical SEO and UX is Shamsa's favourite part of the role, from redesigning websites to be more user-friendly to fixing broken links and URL issues.
Self-taught in HTML, Javascript and PHP, Sian joined the Evoluted ranks in October 2021. She had started out in marketing at a software company before moving into software integrations and then taking on a web development role.
Sian loves the puzzle-solving aspect of her role, as well as the chance to learn new coding languages and systems.
