Hi! I'm Jamie, I have been running the bar & café here at HSFC for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. After working in hotels, restaurants and bars all my life, the club has given me the opportunity to put all of my experience to good use for all of its members, whilst giving me the opportunity for a more normal life away from big hospitality!
