A real globe-trotter, Phoebe was raised in the South West of France (Bordeaux) until the age of 17, when she moved to the UK. She completed her International Baccalaureate in the UK before continuing her travels around Asia, eventually moving to Germany for two years to learn the German language and study for her teaching qualification.
It's no real surprise that her biggest hobby is exploring the globe, but she also enjoys hiking, sailing and returning to France to ski.
