We first opened our doors in 1979 and, since then, we have helped thousands of people achieve and maintain good mental health and wellbeing... Established in 1979 - because it was recognised that there was a lack of social outlets and support for people with mental health problems - Darlington Mind has grown substantially over the last 40 years. We now cover Darlington, South Durham, Hambleton & Richmondshire, and offer a wide range of recovery support services to hundreds of people every year. We are here to help you when you need it.
