Director Carl Hilton leads the BSP Nottingham office structural engineering department.
Carl is the director leading the integration of BIM into the daily activities of the practice.

Associate Carol Ell works in the civil engineering team in BSP's Leicester office.
In her spare time, Carol enjoys swimming, walking and spending time with her family.

Business Development Manager Carrie Booth joined BSP in August 2004 and her role has now evolved into being a full time member of the business development team.
Carrie heads up Business Development for the business and assists the five Directors in moving the business forwards.
She holds regular B2B meetings and is a member of various networking groups throughout the East Midlands.
Responsible for organising networking events, updating the website and social media accounts and managing framework and tender opportunities.
Carrie is BSP's Environmental, CSR and Sustainability Manager, and a pro-active promoter of climate change.
She organises and promotes corporate social responsibility and sustainability activities throughout the firm and helped the business obtain a gold CSR accreditation.
Outside of work Carrie enjoys running and partook in the Ikano Robin Hood Half Marathon 2014.
She has also partook in the Sporting Futures Derby 10k that takes place in April each year.

A founding director of BSP Consulting in 1999, Clive Roddick is director of structures across the company.
Clive specialises in design innovation in construction, project management and coordination of consulting engineering services, and is an expert in the design of fabric and fibre-reinforced industrial floor slabs and the design of precision engineering foundations.
He is also experienced in expert witness work.
Clive heads up BSP's Derby office.
In his spare time, he is a keen rock climber.

Office Manager Katie White joined BSP as an administration apprentice in August 2012 and her role has now evolved into being the office manager.
Katie's role includes the general day to day running of the office, along with managing the company's internal accounts.
Katie is also BSP's Quality Assurance Manager.

Mark Rayers is one of the founding directors of BSP Consulting, and runs the company's traffic and transportation division.
His key skills include pre-planning support, travel plan co-ordinator for major projects, and he is often called on as an expert witness in planning appeals and inquiries.
Mark is director of the IT department and helps with client relations.
Out of work, Mark enjoys fly fishing and is a volunteer with the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme.

Director Paul Elphick manages the Leicester office of BSP Consulting, and has been with the firm since 2005.
Paul is a hands on Structural Engineer and has a wide and diverse experience of structural engineering knowledge developed through working in many sectors including Heritage, Education, Industrial and Residential sites.
Paul strives to find a simplicity in design of projects no matter what the size.

Paul Hammersley has been a member of BSP Consulting since 2007, Paul is an Associate teamed with the Nottingham office structures department.
Paul specialises in design innovation in construction and is very experienced with the design of tunnelling and shaft works.
Paul's expertise includes: Shaft Design, Tunnelling (pipe Jacking, Auger boring), Sheeted Pit Designs and Timber Headings.
He is also experienced in expert witness work.
In his spare time, he is a keen runner and Munro bagger.

His specialities include Research and Development, Building Information Modelling, SuDS drainage design, feasibility and drainage strategy, highway alignment design, digital ground modelling and external works design.
