Adam our Head of Operations, is a key member of our senior management team. Specialising in operational strategy, Adam is responsible for the management of the operations team as well as the companies quality compliance, health and safety, logistics and customs requirements.

Bridget, our Warehouse Administrator supports our dedicated warehouse team, inputting orders and processing all relevant paperwork to quickly and efficiently process goods for prompt despatch on customer orders.

Brigid joins our dedicated team who are constantly striving to ensure the shortest possible lead time for our customers from initial quote enquiry through to receipt of order and goods despatch. Having recently graduated from university with an Engineering degree, Brigid is eager to make use of her technical knowledge gained in order to support PI-KEM customers with their research and development.
With a BSc (hons) Zoology and PGCE in Secondary Education Fiona, a Science Teacher for 11 years progressed to Senior Management level before joining PI-KEM in 2007 as Sales Manager for Aremco, Film Coating, and Sputter Targets. She then progressed to General Manager and became Operations Director in 2014.

Owen joins PI-KEM as a Business Administrator (Purchasing).

Sally is an experienced member of the PI-KEM team, responsible for co-ordinating and progressing all customer purchase orders, as well as providing customer facing support for any queries which may arise.
Sam brings a wealth of experience to our warehouse team, responsible for overseeing all areas of customs and logistics.
Having recently gained an accredited award with the British Chambers of Commerce in International Trade on new customs procedures, import and export processes, customs controls and classification of goods, Sam leads the team with valuable knowledge and insight.
