Akshay Thakurdesai has significant years of leadership experience in IT, Operations, Product and Business Development across Securities Services and Global markets business lines. Akshay previously led the securities services business for BNP Paribas in India prior to being the COO for the banks global markets business. He started his career in KPIT Cummins, Pune working on Deutsch Bank and BNP Paribas's projects shifting later to Chennai in pilot team setting up and grow BNP Paribas's offshore center servicing Asset Fund Services and Custody franchise. He has extensive work exposure in Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Hongkong and Paris, and well versed with English, French apart from Indian languages.

Alan runs the global middle office business which is comprised of 8 separate business lines. He has 22 years' experience in the Alternative Investment Industry working with a wide range of clients from institutional Pension funds to some of the biggest Hedge Fund clients. Previous to Apex, Alan was part of the 3 person ExCO of Equinoxe Alternative Services. Previous to this he has held roles at JP Morgan. FundParters NV and State Street. Alan believes key to success of the Middle Office business is to create reusable processes and systems but recognize that not one size fits all clients, and creating innovative solutions around the client is key to Apex success.
Alex has over 18 years of experience in financial and fund services. His current focus is on fund administration for Private Equity, Real Estate, Hedge & Digital managers in the Americas based in Miami. He brings extensive prior experience in structuring customized financing solutions for capital raising and in investment management services.
Alex has over 15 years' experience in the funds industry, specialising in Private Equity and Real Estate sectors. He currently oversees Apex's business across San Francisco and joined as part of the Apex acquisition of Equinoxe in 2017.
Alice previously held roles as Director of Corporate Services Jersey and Managing Director Dubai with Intertrust, with global experience working within Group Company Secretarial departments for FTSE 100 companies. Alice's role within Apex will be to support commercial initiatives for the Corporate Solutions service line across the Group, with a focus on strengthening existing client relationships.

Aman is responsible for building and overseeing Apex Group's growth across all product lines globally. With 20+ years of experience in financial services, Aman joined Apex in 2018 through the transition of Deutsche Bank's Alternative Fund Services business, where he was a member of the business' Management Team. Prior to this, he ran Strategy for Deutsche Bank's Securities Services franchise covering a range of organic & inorganic initiatives. Previously, Aman was with Citigroup in various roles across Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Aman has an MBA from London Business School, and an A.B. from University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

She brings close to two decades of experience, working in business development roles for global banks in the Indian market including HSBC and Deutsche Bank.

Andre has 35 years' experience in the financial services information technology and 3rd party administration industry. He began his career at Andersen Consulting and joined Syfrets in 1991 where he headed up the software development division before setting up FMS, the unit trust outsourcing division of Nedcor Investment Bank. Andre joined Maitland in 2000 and was responsible for the roll out of the FinSwitch business-to-business switch and Maitland's infrastructure services division. In his role as Head of Business Development (Africa), Andre was responsible for domestic and international sales activities for Maitland's fund services division. Andre joined Apex Group through their acquisition of Maitland in 2023 and is currently the Regional Head of Sales for Africa, Middle East & Mauritius. Andrew joined Sanne in 2019 and was appointed Chief Risk Officer for Apex upon acquisition. Anne Empain joined (FUNDROCK/The Apex Group) in October 2021 following the acquisition of ARM Swiss representatives SA by the Apex Group. In 2014 Anne co-founded and was CEO of ARM Swiss Representatives SA. Since then she assisted over 500 fund managers to market their fund in Switzerland in compliance with local rules. Anne has extensive experience in legal, compliance and product development for alternative asset managers. She has held various senior structuring and legal positions with EIM, UBP, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Anne is a Qualified English solicitor (Hogan Lovells) and has a Master of Law from the Université des Sciences Sociales in Toulouse. She has been based in Switzerland since 2003. She is a founding member of the Geneva Chapter of 100 Women in Finance. She holds a Corporate Governance certificate from INSEAD accomplished in 2018. Anne is a member of the board of directors of Bruellan SA since 2020 and Make A Wish Switzerland Foundation since 2021.

Barry commenced his 20 year career in financial services as a corporate lawyer in Johannesburg in 2001 followed by 16 years in investment banking in London. During this time he was involved in a significant number of UK and cross-border equity capital market and M&A transactions. Most recently Barry was Head of J.P. Morgan's UK and SSA Equity Capital Markets business which led the majority of the UK tech IPOs in recent years and consistently achieved the top market share.

Bruce holds an Honors bachelor's degree in business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (HBA). He is a CFA charter holder. Bryan Atkinson is an experienced fund administration professional and is currently the managing director of Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Limited. Bryan has over 10 years' experience in the industry with a wide range of investment funds experience gained from his role as an accountant with Citigroup in Bermuda.

Rama is recognised for his role in establishing Mauritius as an International Financial Centre when he was Minister of Finance from 1991 to 1995. He is highly regarded for his economic reform that helped to re-position Mauritius as a diversified economy. He was also Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Economic Empowerment between 2005 and 2010. Dr Sithanen is the present Chairman of the Rwanda Development Board and advises the Government of Rwanda on taxes, competitiveness and financial services issues. He began his career in Allied Irish Bank's Treasury division before joining AIB International Financial Services' business in 1993. Bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Garth joined the Apex team in April 2023 to spearhead the strategic product development of their Transfer Agency Services. Previously, as the CEO of Silica Holdings, Garth successfully led the company through its acquisition by the FNZ Group in April 2021 and later assumed the role of Global Head of TA Services for the FNZ Group. Prior to being appointed as the CEO for Silica, a position he held since September 2017, Garth fulfilled the role of CIO, after spending his first year growing Silica's platform solutions business. Garth was part of the Standard Bank of South Africa Group from 2003 until joining Silica in August 2014. During this time, he took on various roles including Director of Retail Operations at STANLIB, CIO and Business Change Executive at Liberty Life and CIO of the Transactional Products and Services business unit at Standard Bank.

Greg has more than twenty years' experience within the financial services and accounting industry. He leads our Client Service Team in California and is also responsible for the Fund Custody Product for the Americas. He has been with Mizuho Trust & Banking for more than 20 years since 1991 in charge of various trust business such as pension funds, liquidation of real estate and monetary claims. During that time, he was engaged in various business activities including development of investment products, provision of solutions for clients, and market/liquidity risk management. In 2012, he joined Deutsche Bank Group as COO of Deutsche Trust Company Limited Japan, Deutsche Bank Group where he was involved in product development, strategic planning, and the establishment and improvement of internal control systems, with a focus on alternative assets and then promoted to CEO in 2018. In 2020, he continues to act as CEO to oversee all aspects of the company and promote the development of various products and client solutions after the ownership changed to Sanne Group and then Apex Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Hitotsubashi University and MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Business. He is an associate member of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jennifer has over 20 years' of experience in private equity fund administration. She joined the firm as part of the Apex acquisition of Broadscope Fund Administrators in 2019 and is currently serving as the local managing director overseeing operations in the Paramus, New Jersey office. Her previous experience includes State Street, Palmeri Fund Administrators and Bear Stearns & Co.
Jessie joined Apex in 2020. As Head of Apex China, Jessie's focus is to strengthen and enhance the existing offering, while working closely with business leaders in Apex's other Asia-Pacific based offices to promote the brand across the region. In addition to heading China office, she will also be responsible for continuing to grow and develop Apex's international offering. Jessie has been working in the financial services industry since 2006 and has an extensive background in developing business strategies, optimising team structures and has vast knowledge in risk, compliance and operations. Jessie joined Apex from Fusi Capital where she held the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading all operational aspects for the middle and back office. Koshy has 30 years of operational and accounting experience and was appointed as Managing Director of Apex Bahrain in April 2020. Stephen is Regional Head - United Kingdom, having joined Apex Group in London through the strategic acquisition of Mainspring Fund Services, where he was the Founder and CEO. Stephen founded Mainspring in 2010, having spent eight years as COO at Pi Capital. In this operational role, he gained valuable insight into the challenges of operating a fast-growing private equity fund manager, from leading the finance, HR and IT functions to structuring funds and managing investor relations for several hundred investors. He was responsible for the administration of more than 30 investment entities, including direct investments, limited partnerships, co-investing vehicles and fund of funds vehicles. Steven joined Apex in 2021 as COO of Financial Solutions, and is now Global Head of Product - Custody. Steven has held a number of senior roles in Product Development and Product Management in the post-trade space, and has over 20+ years' experience in Financial Service, having spent 15 years at Deutsche Bank. Steven is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Stuart has over 28 years of experience within the financial services industry starting in Jersey (Channel Islands), Gibraltar and the United Kingdom. Stuart developed his career working for a well known Investment Management Company as Team Leader managing and administering a large mutual fund within a middle/back office environment and has provided licensed director services to a variety of fund structures in offshore centers. He has extensive knowledge of global markets and has studied the CISI Fund Management qualification.

Tej joined the Group in 2019 and is a commercially orientated Executive and Chartered Governance professional with substantial experience in risk management, investment and financing. His previous experience includes Executive roles in the Credit and Oil and Gas industries in both public and private environments where Tej has worked through major restructuring projects, including an IPO and RTO process.

Wilber joined Apex in 2010. He has extensive experience in the fund administration industry and has had exposure to all types of offshore fund structures. As Head of the Hong Kong office, he has overall responsibility for Apex's Hong Kong operations and service delivery, providing direction, support and guidance across sales and operations. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also holds HKICPA fellowship and, FRM.

Prior to joining Apex, Zafar worked with SNB Capital as a Consultant primarily to set up custody service and to lead outsourcing of fund administration project. From 2015 to 2022 worked with Albilad Capital and set up Securities Services business consisting of Custody, Agency, and Fund Administration Service. Lead corporate restructuring project and strategic planning. The last position held by him was of Chief Operating Officer of Albilad Capital. Zafar has over 30 years, experience with SABB, SABB Securities Ltd and HSBC Saudi Arabia in different key and challenging roles. Established and lead the Securities Services business from 2001 to 2015 and transformed it into a complex, diversified and market leading business, supporting multiple products (Custody, Fund Administration and Corporate Trust & Loan Agency Services). Established HSBC's Investment Operation department (Local & International brokerage, Asset Management) and managed as a Head of Investment Operation from 1996-2001, attained an in-depth knowledge and experience of all Investment products. Rich project management experience and managed over 15 major IPOs/ Right Issues. Due to his service to community and the country, Zafar has recently been bestowed the second highest civil award (Sattar E Imtiaz) by the President of Pakistan.
