EcoRoute is an SME based in Cambridge, UK. As its name suggests, the company was founded out of concern for the environment. Our interests now extend to include health. We work with partners based in Cambridge and London... Funded by NHS East of England, EEDA, ERDF and the Technology Strategy Board, the award enabled EcoRoute to design technology to help motivate children to exercise. We are now turning that innovation into practical reality and extending it to adults - so that everyone can use it... Our aims are to cut carbon emissions and promote health. We do this by motivating physical activity in everyday life, especially cycling, walking and children's outdoor play and games.
