Steve Kimberley entered into the profession in 1979, gaining valuable and considerable experience in both Independent and Corporate residential estate agencies premises where he achieved the position of associate partner. His background in estate agency began in the Surrey and South London area before moving to Cornwall some forty years ago in 1982 where he has gained unrivalled local knowledge, experience and insight into the local property market and communities.
As a fully licensed member of the NAEA and Propertymark, Steve has been involved as a chairman for the local Cornish branch.
An avid sports fan, Steve has developed strong local connections with a number of clubs including football, rugby, cricket, bowls, and the road running fraternity and is highly delighted to continue providing useful sponsorship in these areas.
Steve has been the chairman of a local football club, president of two local Rotary clubs and is a past president for the Stithians Agricultural Association and is justifiably proud of these local societies. Having lived in Falmouth, Penryn, Helston and now on the town outskirts, it allows him to keep his finger on the pulse in our local area.
