I have over 15 years experience in the property industry working for a well-established Residential Estate Agency in Surrey before working for Barratt Developments the national house builders in York. I joined Hudson Moody in 2010 as a Personal Agent specialising within rural villages to the east and south east of York. My favourite part of the job, aside from successful sales is meeting new people and striving to provide both a warm and professional service.
Alex McClean MNAEA is our personal representative for the Dunnington office which serves Stamford Bridge, Gate Helmsley, Murton, Holtby, Pocklington and surrounding villages to the East of York. Alex was born and brought up in Yorkshire and has many years of experience working within the property industry. This dedicated local service is available seven days a week, to support clients through all aspects of buying or selling their home, from initial valuation through to completion.

I joined Hudson Moody 10 years ago bringing with me nearly 20 years of experience in customer services and office management. I enjoy the role of sales progressor - nurturing sales from start to finish. My favourite part of the job is meeting people, getting to view the wide variety of properties and seeing the smile on the buyers' face when I get to hand over the keys.
I joined the Hudson Moody team in 2021 as a sales progressor, ensuring seamless communication between all parties throughout the process. My role involves driving sales to successful and timely completion. I proactively manage timelines and liaise with third parties to overcome any obstacles along the way, and help make the move as stress-free as possible for my clients.

I can be found working out of both the Poppleton and Micklegate Office , I specialise in properties to the West of York and New Developments. I particularly like working closely with developers and investors. My approachability and organisational skills enable me to develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients to achieve positive outcomes. I am passionate about property and I am a member of both the NAEA and ARLA.

I joined the team in 2018 with 10 years of sales and management experience. As a local, I have a wealth of knowledge of York and the surrounding villages, which enables me to successfully assist Ben Hudson is carrying out the valuations. I pride myself in customer service and going above and beyond to secure the perfect buyer for my vendors.

I have joined the team as a Sales Negotiator and balance my time between the Micklegate office and accompanying viewings. I love the challenge and particularly enjoy meeting people and helping them on their property journey. My background in customer service helps me to ensure a great user experience.

I have been involved in property since 2003 when I joined the Hudson Moody team as a sales negotiator. I have evolved my role and now work in Lettings as a senior negotiator. I particularly enjoy developing professional relationships with landlords ensuring excellent customer service. I am a member of the NAEA and ARLA qualified.

As Manager I am responsible for the day to day running of the sales department, working closely with the team to achieve the very best results, with a smooth marketing process and speedy conclusions to a sale. I pride myself on building strong relationships with sellers and buyers alike to guide them through the sales process, liaising successfully with solicitors to keep the lines of communication open.
Having been ‘on the fringe' of Hudson Moody since its conception in 1996; I joined the company officially in 2013 as a Director. As well as keeping Ben organised, I can be found manning the phones, keeping the software and website up to date and assuming a special responsibility for New Build developments. I pride myself on working hard to ensure all clients receive the very best service and levels of customer care. With all four children having been involved in the family business at one time or another: I am never far away.
I am responsible for the day to day management of our Lettings department. Having years of experience within the industry, I believe my wealth of knowledge helps me to provide smooth and efficient service to both our landlords and tenants. Being a people person, I enjoy being there to solve clients problems.

I joined the Hudson Moody team as sales negotiator based in the City Centre office. I have background in customer service, driven to achieve the best results for all my clients, understanding their requirements and going beyond expectations.
I joined the Hudson Moody team in 2021 as a letting's negotiator, coming from a background in various customer facing roles. I have built a wealth of knowledge of the local area during my time in York and am currently working through my ARLA qualifications. I enjoy using my experience in customer service to forge lasting relationships with clients and maintain happy tenancies for both landlords and tenants alike. It is fulfilling to know I play a vital role in helping people find a place to call home here in York.
