Aidan Stead

Aidan is a Project Manager based in Oxford with over 5 years of experience at Agenda Consulting. He is responsible for the timely management and implementation of survey projects. He is involved at all stages of the survey process, from the initial survey design phase, through the fieldwork, to the reporting and presentation of results to senior management teams. He enjoys connecting with clients to run their employee and volunteer engagement surveys, providing data-driven insights so they can drive meaningful impact for their organization. Aidan is experienced working with a number of International and UK based clients including FAO, UNFPA, Save the Children International, Oxfam International, Royal British Legion, Shelter, Crisis U.K., and ExtraCare Charitable Trust. Aidan has a background in psychology, with a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England, and specializes in delivering Wellbeing surveys.

Camilla Clarke

Job Titles:
  • Senior Marketing Executive
As Senior Marketing Executive, Camilla is responsible for the strategic implementation of Agenda's marketing campaigns. Working with the business development team, she plans, develops and publishes engaging, relevant and helpful content to help Agenda effectively communicate with its clients and community. Camilla has a BSc (Hons) Business Management degree from University of Plymouth and has experience in public relations and digital marketing.

Catherine Wearden

Catherine Wearden is a Principal Consultant with Agenda Consulting. Her focus is on partnering with clients to plan and execute their employee and volunteer engagement surveys, understand the findings and plan the way forward. Catherine is experienced at working with a number of U.K and international clients including Norwegian Refugee Council, Save the Children International, IFRC, Crisis U.K and Nottingham Community Housing Association. More widely she leads our INGOs engagement survey practice and co-manages the Research Team. Catherine joined Agenda in 2018, having previously worked for Oxfam GB for 12 years, most recently as Head of Supporter Acquisition. Before Oxfam, she was Direct Marketing Manager at YMCA England. Catherine has a BA in Modern Languages from Oxford University

Georgia-Lee Slater

Job Titles:
  • Research Consultant
Georgia joined Agenda in April 2022. She works with the research team to support UK and international clients with their employee and volunteer surveys. Her clients include Amnesty International, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Malaria Consortium and Brooke. Georgia has a BA (Hons) in Spanish and Politics and a MSc in International Development with Conflict and Humanitarian Action from the University of Bath.

James Gurd

Job Titles:
  • Senior Research Consultant
James joined Agenda Consulting in April 2022. He enjoys working with UK and international clients to help them connect with their people, and has worked with organisations including the Asian Development Bank, English Heritage, IMO, NRC, Shelter and the UN University. He is especially interested in benchmarking studies and the work Agenda does with its partners. James has a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.

Nidhi Jain

Nidhi Jain is a Research Assistant at Agenda Consulting. Nidhi is responsible for working with not-for-profit clients to support their employee and volunteer surveys. She has a particular interest in working with organisations that have a direct social impact, as well as a keen interest in data interpretation and visualisation. Nidhi worked previously with the Moolya Foundation. Nidhi has a MA in Public policy from the University of Bristol.

Nihal Widdowson

Nihal has been part of the team at Agenda since January 2019. She is responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Development team, particularly on our benchmarking studies and in the management of our CRM system. Nihal has a BA in Business Management.

Oli Murton

Oli Murton is a Research Assistant with Agenda Consulting. Oli is responsible for working with clients to support their employee and volunteer surveys. He has a particular interest in data interpretation and visualisation.

Roger Parry

Job Titles:
  • Director
Roger Parry is the Director of Agenda Consulting. He has led engagement survey projects with over 200 not-for-profit clients including leading INGOs, a number of multilateral/UN agencies as well as UK based organisations. His particular focus is helping senior management teams understand their results and craft appropriate engagement strategies. Before founding Agenda in 2002, Roger worked as a management consultant for 20 years: 10 years with PwC and a similar period with Compass Partnership where his work focused on change management with not-for-profit sector clients. Internationally Roger has worked in Tanzania where he started and led a new consultancy practice for PwC for 2 years, and in Kenya. Roger has an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Mathematics from Oxford University.

Tim Walters

Tim Walters is a Principal Consultant with Agenda Consulting. He is a very experienced project manager, partnering with organisations on their employee and volunteer engagement survey projects including Battersea, Blue Cross, Cats Protection, English Heritage, Islamic Relief, Oxfam International, National Union of Students, Plan International, Royal British Legion and WaterAid. More widely he leads our Third Sector, Volunteer and Social Care engagement survey practices, our Social Care Reward benchmarking study and is responsible for the development of our proprietary survey software platform Reflections. He co-manages the Research Team and is a member of the Agenda Management Team. Tim joined Agenda in 2008 and worked previously for a market research company. He is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner and has a BA in English and Philosophy from Leeds University.
