Caroline Pearson Client Review / HR Manager Assoc. CIPD Having joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in September 2013, I work alongside Paul Smith, Managing Director, assisting him with his clients and deal with the administration side of things at PSA. I am responsible for the Human Resources within the Business. My qualifications cover business, finance and administration, as well as personnel practice. My experience in these fields covers numerous years.
Ceetal Katechia Paraplanning Manager BA (Hons), Dip PFS I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2016 as part of the administration team. I then moved to Paraplanning and am now the Paraplanning Manager. During my time at the company, I have studied towards the Financial Planning Certification through CII and have gained the Level 4 Qualification.

I started working at PSA Financial Services Ltd in 2003 in an administrative role and have progressively taken on more responsibilities. I passed my first Financial Planning exam in 2008.

I am a fully qualified Financial Adviser and have worked for PSA Financial Services Ltd since 2020, having previously worked for a large national wealth management company.
I graduated from De Montfort University with a First-Class Honours degree in Business and Management.
My true passion comes from connecting with individuals and helping them achieve long-term financial goals through Pension, Investment, and Retirement Planning. I am also seeking to improve myself by studying toward chartered status.
I am happily married with two children and in my (limited) spare time enjoy reading and football.
I joined PSA in September 2021 as an Administrator after graduating from Loughborough University with a Masters in Physics (MPhys).

I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in July 2021 having worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2007, predominantly within the mortgage sector, both advising and as a paraplanner and more recently in portfolio management for investments. I have expanded my knowledge across a range of services and very much enjoy working in the paraplanning field.
John Ellis Team Administrator . I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in October 1998 with my background in Financial Services, having previously worked at Prudential and Britannic. My main role and responsibilities at PSA are in Administration and assisting Caroline and Rikesh as part of the Client Review Team.

Karen Pierce Mortgage Paraplanner BSc (Hons), CeMAP I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2022 as Mortgage Paraplanner, supporting the mortgages team. I am CeMAP qualified (Mortgage advice and practice) and have many years' experience within the industry in mortgage, life and home insurance administration. I am happily married with 3 energetic boys. We all love to holiday together at our caravan in Norfolk. In my very limited spare time, I enjoy crafting and making personalised gifts.
I have worked in various professional offices as a receptionist, secretary, PA and paralegal. I started working at PSA (Financial Services) Ltd at the beginning of August 2021 and am thoroughly enjoying being part of the team.
I am local to the area and am a proud mother of two grown up children. Along with my son, I am a keen Leicester City supporter. I also love gardening when I can, however, I seem to spend most of my spare time wandering the streets and fields with my two dogs!
Lucy Seaton Paraplanner FPC I, II, III I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in February 2019 having worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1995, predominantly within Discretionary Fund Management, and more recently Self Invested Personal Pensions. I am educated to A-Level standard and my industry qualifications include the Financial Planning Certificate I, II, and III. I joined the Paraplanning Team in February 2021. I aim to further enhance my existing knowledge, both practical and technical and improve my written skills, within this busy department. I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to understand a client's financial needs, provide research and produce clear, written communication to support our Financial Advisers
I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2019 with many years of business management and ownership experience.
I started working at PSA shortly after I graduated from DeMontfort University in the summer of 2019.

I have been in the Financial Services industry since 2018 after making a career jump from corporate finance, because I always wanted to work with private clients. During my time within the industry, I have gained exposure to various pension and investment solutions, whilst gaining technical knowledge within these areas. I have also completed the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Level 4 Qualification and aim to work towards Chartered Status.
I am happily married with two children. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, travelling and spending time with my family and friends. I have also been a Leicester City supporter since childhood, and enjoy going to matches, whenever I can.

Prior to joining PSA, I worked within the Compliance Department of a Mortgage & Protection network. Previous to this, I worked in the mortgage department of a Building Society. I have over 6 years' experience within the financial industry and my knowledge of the sector is growing every day at PSA.

This has included numerous years in commercial banking covering various roles, and five years living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working as a Financial Adviser to expatriated individuals and families.

Victoria Newton Paraplanner/PA CertPFS I joined PSA Financial Services (Ltd) in 2022 having worked in financial services for over 20 years in both administrative and paraplanning positions. Having obtained Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 & 3 a number of years ago, I am now re-starting my studies aiming for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. I have recently achieved a Certificate in Financial Services (CertPFS) and now working towards the Diploma. I have two children who utilise the majority of my spare time, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
Vinesh Gopal Team Administrator BA (Hons) DipFA I joined PSA (Financial Services) Ltd in 2022 with having worked in the Financial Services industry for over 10 years, mostly within Banking. I have a degree in Business and Financial Services, and have completed my level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice. I am looking to further my studies to achieve chartered status, with my long-term aim to become an adviser. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, playing sports, travelling, and spending time with my family and friends.
