Our role is both strategic, with the new "Blueprint for Palestine" private sector economic strategy, and impactful on the ground, including IT programmes helping train up and internationally connect hundreds of computer programmers in Palestine, such as TAP and the UK-Palestinian Tech Hub. Portland Israel is a leader on ground-breaking projects in the Sakhnin Valley to promote health and medtech, the promotion of minorities and marginalised groups into hi-tech. The Trust also publishes the authoritative Palestine Economic Bulletin... Portland produces the authoritative Palestinian Economic Bulletin, as well as a number of specialist publications relating to projects on the ground and wider economic thinking in Palestine
