Emma Potts is the energy and drive behind Chancery.
Emma was at the forefront of legal sector headhunting as it developed in the UK in the 1990s.
Since establishing Chancery in 2001, she has helped law firms to launch new offices, grow new teams, merge, find new leaders and recruit experienced partners across all legal disciplines.
Emma is a qualified solicitor and Henley Business School trained Executive Coach. Outside of work she is a keen runner and hill walker. She lives in the Cotswolds with her family and a very energetic dog.
