Alexandra graduated as a Technical Architect in Building Construction from the School of Building Construction of Barcelona in 1998. She then graduated as a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture at the Utrecht School of Arts in Holland in 2005. She worked in Amsterdam for the Victor Wijnen Bureau of Architecture and for the Ingenieria RCP in Vilanova in Spain. She has worked for Malcolm Scott Consultants as an Architectural Technologist since 2005.
Alexandra has considerable experience in the preparation of technical drawings for planning applications, particularly elevations and building layouts. She prepares outline tender packages, specifications and construction detailing in projects, liaises with consultant architects and sub-consulting engineers on detailed design in the preparation of complex planning applications and oversees the final preparation of drawings for submission to planning applications and appeals.

She is the public face of the busy Commercial Agency Department in our Birmingham office, speaking with occupiers and landlords on a daily basis, both handling and processing requirements as well as providing accurate information about the departments current freehold and leasehold availabilities.
Andrew heads up Harris Lamb's Stoke-on-Trent office based on Festival Park, having initially set up the office in 2004. With significant experience in the Staffordshire and Cheshire region, he advises regional, national and multi-national clients.

With 17 years' experience in the commercial property market, Andrew has a proven track record of making substantial savings on behalf of his clients.
His extensive knowledge of Business Rate Law and Valuation Practice has allowed him to maximize savings for his client, and he is recognized as specialist in dealing with Empty Property Rate charges.

Andy joined Harris Lamb in 2015 and has 20 years' experience within the commercial property industry specialising in professional work, including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring within the retail, office, medical / D1 and industrial sectors.
Andy is an RICS Registered Valuer, and regularly deals with valuations of a variety of commercial premises for accounts purposes, loan security and pension funds, as well as corporate and property acquisitions. He is an experienced specialist in the Midlands' property market, albeit has also held a nationwide remit for a number of clients and has acted throughout the UK. He provides advice to a wide range of occupational and investment clients in order to provide value enhanced asset management solutions.
