Ian founded Alliance in 2002 following many years working as an independant IT consultant. Alliance was launched with the primary goal as a Microsoft Partner to supply high level Microsoft support to companies at a cost effective price. Since its formation Ian has spear-headed the companies progress and growth, personally managing each customer relationship. We are exceptionally proud to have Ian as he is not only an outstanding technician but is honest, knowledgable and personable.

Laura is a highly motivated and professional individual. Laura has obtained scores of Dell training certification for both sales and technical sales courses. She has also gained qualifications from other partner organisations such as Microsoft and Vmware. She oversees the specification of systems, quotations and procurement of all hardware and software for our customers. Amongst all of this, Laura also manages the day to day running of Alliance.
