Chris Earl - Founder

Following a successful career with two leading recruitment companies, Chris went on to found Synergize in March 2002. Chris is now responsible for driving Synergize's expansion into ICT project services. Today his responsibilities include client relations, service delivery management, key account management, bid management and management of all sales staff.

Gareth Wood

After graduating with a BA, Gareth began a career in recruitment with one the country's leading RPO companies. After two years he sought a fresh challenge and joined Synergize in 2006. Following 8 years exemplary service and excelling in a number of roles he become a director in 2013. Gareth's responsibilities now include managing the delivery of services and resources into Synergize's accounts, business development & management of the delivery teams.

Harry Bains - Founder, Managing Director

After graduating with a degree in Business Economics, Harry went onto forge a career with a leading search firm. Subsequently Harry took up a managerial role with one of the country's leading recruitment companies and went onto co-found Synergize in March 2002. Today Harry leads all Strategic Planning, Day-to-Day operations & Business Development. His role includes motivating & mentoring staff, the company culture and he is ultimately responsible for company performance.

Steve Keating - COO, Founder

Steve's responsibilities are financial, information management, e commerce, marketing and any quality of service issues. He is also responsible for the PMO staff.
