Jon joined Kendall Kingscott in 1990 as a Building Surveying Graduate, having worked at the company in the summer holidays as a student....
Andrew joined Kendall Kingscott's Bristol office in 1998 as a Building Surveying graduate before quickly establishing himself and progressing through the business.
In 2005, Andrew relocated to Bournemouth as an Associate and started up our south coast office, now Ringwood. The office has gone from strength to strength culminating in the link up with our Teddington office to form a new south-east region. In 2013, Andrew was promoted to the Board of Directors.
Andrew's role has since extended across the whole business, and he has been responsible for developing our new strategy - The Modern Way - that was launched in 2022, coinciding with his promotion to Managing Director. Andrew is heavily involved with developing the new plan, inspiring our purpose-driven values with outstanding enthusiasm. He takes great pride in guiding and supporting others to help them reach their authentic best. He has overseen many graduates to become chartered professionals and succeed in management and senior leadership roles.
Beyond his love of KK and all it stands for, Andrew enjoys exercising his creative mind and practical skills, having completed several house renovations over the years. He is fascinated with period properties and creating beautifully crafted interior spaces using traditional styles with an eclectic edge. His latest project, however, has involved developing a net zero home with all embodied energy offset by tree and wildflower meadow planting.
Andrew finds time to relax by keeping fit: cycling, swimming, running or HIIT exercises, and is a keen gardener.

Gavin joined Kendall Kingscott's Bristol office as a graduate in 1995. When he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, he transferred to the Walton on Thames office, working with Jon Press to develop a new region for the business. Following a period of success, Gavin was promoted to Project Director in 2008 and quickly oversaw the relocation to a new larger premises in Teddington in 2009. Gavin became a Board Director in 2019 and remains responsible for the office and work within the M25.
Gavin has been Instrumental in expanding Kendall Kingscott's interdisciplinary offering and recruited the company's first Quantity Surveyor in 2012. More recently, he has successfully established a Mechanical and Electrical Design team.
A member of the Association of Project Safety and responsible for Health and Safety across the business, Gavin undertakes the role of Principal Designer on many projects. He is a champion for Health and Safety both in design for use and implementation of projects.
He has forged strong links with local schools, offering work experience to students and promoting the construction industry at career events. He has also worked as an RICS APC Assessor.
Outside of work, Gavin plays an active role in his local community, serving on his local church council and as Churchwarden. He is currently working with the Church Youth Group, leading the drive for obtaining 'Eco-Church' status. From his work at his local church, Gavin supports a homelessness charity in London. He enjoys joining his local park run crowd on Saturday mornings, whether running marshalling or timekeeping. He still enjoys a strum on his guitar, having played in local bands since his University days. Aside from that, Gavin relishes the tranquillity of walking in the local countryside - and win, lose or draw Manchester United and Lancashire Cricket Club will always be close to his heart!

Jasmine began her architectural training at the University of Bath, where she gained her BSc (Hons) in Architectural Studies. Jasmine was awarded the RIBA Wessex Branch Prize for Best Design Work and the RIBA President's Medal nomination.
Jasmine joined Kendall Kingscott in 2008 as a Part II Architect. Qualifying as a Chartered Architect in 2009, she has steadily worked through various levels of seniority across the business. She became Project Director in 2019 following a year's maternity leave and was promoted to Director in 2022, leading the Bristol Architectural operation.
Jasmine thrives on developing client relationships for the long haul, working collaboratively to realise their vision. She advocates sustainable design and innovation, always looking for new ways of working to make a positive difference in the built environment. She is equally passionate about nurturing people in their careers, inspiring in them the same values she holds.
Jasmine is involved in local initiatives - an examiner at the University of Bath and an active Women in Property member. When not working, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her family. She finds creative pursuits the perfect way to unwind, growing her plants and exploring the art of ceramics.

Tim joined Kendall Kingscott in 2002 for his year-out placement, returning as a graduate in 2004. He became a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors member in 2006 and qualified as an APM accredited Project Manager in 2015.
Tim was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2018 and now leads operations throughout the South-West. Responsible for our Exeter office, Tim was instrumental in opening Kendall Kingscott's sixth office in St Austell in early 2021.
He strives to create an environment where colleagues can shine and excel, always looking to develop future leaders who can work together and share the company's vision for the future.
Tim promotes initiatives that embed our values of working with local communities to improve the environment we live and work in, including offering work experience, mentoring university students and supporting various charities.
At home, Tim enjoys the delights of living on the East Devon coast - whether sailing, cycling, or running, he makes sure to soak up that sea air!
