Firstly, we recognise the Welsh Government Policies in place which support and provide a roadmap for the future. We work within our Business Management Systems to achieve the aims set out in the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and act accordingly. We take the view that we are part of the future, and we must do as much as we can to protect that future for the generations to come. We recognise this, alongside the Waste Strategy 2010 and the Environment Wales Act 2016... We currently employ over 35 full time members of staff, eight of whom are office based in managerial, clerical, estimating and technical positions. Our remaining team are out in the field working as foremen, supervisors, approved electricians, electricians and labourers. To support the next generation, we also enjoy hosting a number of apprentices at various stages of their training... As an additional benefit to our normal services, we can offer a 24hr emergency call out facility to larger contracts..
