Having always had an interest for property, Anthony previously worked for an estate agent in Sutton Coldfield, where he gained experience working between both sales and lettings. It was at this time he found his passion for lettings.
Anthony joined the Taylor Cole team in 2016, following several conversations with Jonathan, Jason and Jack. Quickly Anthony began to build a rapport with existing landlords and enhanced his local knowledge. Anthony has excellent customer service skills and understands landlord expectations and requirements.
Following the growth of the letting division since Anthony's arrival, Taylor Cole Lettings now operate from a separate office, where Anthony oversees all lettings operations and lettings valuations. Anthony and the lettings team proudly manage a substantial amount of properties, ensuing the Taylor Cole service standard is always maintained.
Hobbies and Interests
Anthony enjoys socialising with his friends and family and is a proud uncle to his niece and nephew. Along with this, Anthony is a big football lover and a fan of Aston Villa. Anthony also has a keen interest in property where he has aspirations of becoming a portfolio landlord himself.

Hayden is the newest team member to join Taylor Cole. Hayden is extremely approachable and accommodating through his polite and respectable matter. Hayden is totally customer focused and is keen to ‘go the extra mile' for each and every client. Having already obtained Estate Agency qualifications, Hayden has a real passion for selling property and continuing to learning all aspects of Estate Agency.
Hobbies and Interests
Amongst Hayden's hobbies are shopping, playing football, computer games and being creative with art.
With a long standing family background in the property world, this industry was always Jacks' destined career path. Since joining Taylor Cole in 2012 as a Sales Negotiator, he quickly progressed to company Valuer & Sales Manager, along with overseeing the company marketing and performances. In 2023 Jack acquired 50% of Taylor Cole Estate Agents, making him the companies co-director.
Through his passion for marketing and innovation, and a drive to always better the ordinary, Jack thrives on delivering a service & product that exceeds expectations. Jack takes care of the company's campaigns and marketing, which is inspired by the above and his passion of creating a unique and fresh approach to estate agency.
Hobbies and Interests
Jack enjoys socialising with his family and friends and can often be found eating out or shopping. As well as property developing, one of Jack's other passions is his beloved Aston Villa, which is more often than not a love hate relationship. He is also a proud ‘dogfather' to Oscar - Taylor Cole's head of cuteness!
Jack was once head hunted to work in real estate sales in Dubai, however opted to refuse the offer to remain and assist with the growth of Taylor Cole.

Jonathan created Taylor Cole Estate Agents in 2002 along with business partner Jason Taylor, and is now in his 38th year of being an estate agent. Jonathan progressed to the area director of a large corporate estate agent before starting his own business.
Since starting the company, Jonathan has always been keen to ensure that the highest standard of customer service is implemented from a client's first interaction with Taylor Cole, right through to the day of completion. This ethos has always been adhered to and has seen the company win numerous highly-regarded awards and of recent months, proceed to having one of the highest-ranking sales figures within the area.
Jonathan has a wealth of experience and attributes for both sales and lettings which as the ‘Elder Statesman' of the company, now sees him overseeing sale progression, company accounts and ensuring that the office team always provides the level of service that has always been expected.

Jonathan is a keen football follower with a passion for his team Aston Villa. Jonathan also enjoys taking city breaks and holidays when he can. In his spare time, he also finds pleasure in going to the gym, albeit not for too long!

Kiara joined the company in 2021, starting as a Junior in the Letting's department, and has recently become part of the Sales team, with a split role between both sales and lettings. Kiara has a passion for property, and enjoys meeting new people, and finds great pleasure in providing the best service possible to clients. Since joining Taylor Cole, Kiara has established herself as a key member of the lettings team and now the sales team dealing daily with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.

Kiara loves spending time with family and friends. Has a shopping addiction, and enjoys going to the gym.
Having joined the Taylor Cole team in 2018, Laura previously worked within hospitality at an established local hotel where she built a wealth of experience in customer service. Since joining Taylor Cole, Laura has showcased her customer service abilities and outstanding communication skills and has quickly begun to build an understanding of the property industry.
Laura firmly believes that it is important to exceed client's expectations by always offering exceptional communication via marketing updates and progress reports. Through her excellent listening skills, Laura also finds it imperative to ensure that client's requests are met. She believes that the correct registration of clients is critical to enable finding them their dream home and build up that important client rapport.
Having gained all round estate agency experience, Laura is now the company's Sales Manger and Sales Progressor, with her excellent communication skills keeping our valued clients up to date with the progression of their sale and / or purchase. Laura is assisted in this role by Tracey who supports Laura by carrying out and arranging viewing appointments, arranging valuations and registering clients requests on a daily basis.

Laura enjoys shopping, holidays and swimming in her spare time. Laura also is a proud aunty and Godmother.

Lauren joined Taylor Cole in 2018, having previously worked in the customer service sector within the industrial industry. Since joining Taylor Cole, Lauren has established herself as a key member of the sales team dealing daily with buyers and vendors.
Lauren believes that when selling a property, it is important to work effectively and to ensure our sellers are always updated and happy. Lauren also believes that it is important to always be polite and helpful to all clients ensuring that the highest service standards are always met.
Being one of Taylor Cole's sales advisors, Lauren thrives from conducting viewing appointments, negotiating sales and arranging valuation appointments as speaking to new customers and meeting new people is one of her greatest pleasures.

Lauren is a keen football fan, with her team being Aston Villa (predominantly leading from her love of Jack Grealish). In her own time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends and shopping.
Lisa joined the company at the end of 2023 as our Lettings administrator in the lettings department. Lisa enjoys meeting new people daily and has a passion for property and finds pleasure in providing a brilliant service to all clients whether that be Landlords or Tenants.

Lisa is a captain of a ladies darts team for a local pub in Dosthill. She enjoys arts and crafts and her two French bull dogs which she aims to show her female bull dog at Crufts. Lisa also enjoys spending time with her family especially her daughter and Grandson.

Sarah joined the Taylor Cole team in 2006 and is now the longest serving employee at Taylor Cole. Prior to joining, Sarah worked within the finance sector for Barclays Bank where she flourished for 22 years.
With long standing administration experience, Sarah plays a key role to the business as the company administrator, looking after both the sales and lettings operations. Being a local resident herself, Sarah offers invaluable knowledge of the local area.
Sarah possesses exceptional administrational skills and is a valued member of the Taylor Cole team. Often referred to as the office's ‘unsung hero' or the ‘company encyclopaedia', if you have marketed your property with Taylor Cole since 2006, Sarah's the person who's created your sales profile, marketing amendments and completion statement.
Hobbies and Interests
In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on long walks and bike rides. Sarah also takes pleasure from relaxing with one of her latest sewing projects.

Tracey has long standing experience in estate agency, having worked for Taylor Cole and her previous company for a total of 15 years. This means there's not much Tracey hasn't seen or dealt with when it comes to property sales.
From obtaining her industry experience, Tracey firmly believes that honestly is an extremely important factor when dealing with clients. Coupled with her good listening skills and positive, ‘can do' attitude Tracey is the perfect sales advisor. Tracy also benefits from extensive local knowledge having lived in Tamworth herself.
Tracey works Tuesday-Thursday, conducting and arranging viewing appointments, assisting clients with their needs and helping Laura with Sales Progression.

Tracey is very family orientated and can often be found spending quality family time either at home, eating out or on shopping trips with her daughter. Tracey is also a big dog lover and enjoys taking her Labradors on walks.
