Job Titles:

Cerys' love for architecture started at school where she enjoyed the architectural based projects within her Graphic Design course.
Cinzia was part of a team who won 2nd prize in a global MOOC competition to design a new school in the Philippines, in an area which had been devastated by a hurricane. Her team's project was displayed along others in an exhibition at the UN building in New York.

Dale is a hugely experienced architect, bringing an impeccable eye for detail. His knowledge of healthcare architecture, as well as labs and high tech, is enviable and he heads up many of our projects in these sectors.
Dale's like a magpie, always taking inspiration from other buildings that are great at solving a particular design problem.
Dave fell into the world of architecture after a spell as a junior draughtsman and has never looked back. Dave joined Morrison Design in 2004 and worked his way up to the management buyout in 2019.
Dave oversees many super top-secret science and technology projects, including the Rolls-Royce Regeneration - a 13-year project which completed in 2019.

He loves getting his teeth into challenging and complex hotel projects and seeing projects through from concept to delivery.
Dean's superpower: his dynamic and focused approach
Helen joined the team in 1996 and is our resident accounts whizz, keeping our financial wheels turning smoothly. Helen is a loyal, dedicated and unflappable member of our team.
James started his architectural journey as a Trainee Architectural Technician, subsequently gravitating towards project management. He's a slick project manager with a knack for bringing people together to get stuff done.
Jo is our office saviour and keeps us and our studio running smoothly.
She can turn her hand to anything (and everything!) we chuck her way and expertly looks after the team.

John developed a love for technical drawing at school and architecture was a natural next step.
John is a highly skilled and experienced member of our team. He has a quiet, confident and focused approach and particularly enjoys our science and technology projects.
Joe's always had an interest in making and creating and has wanted to be an architect since he was 11.
He has a natural love for leadership and is excited to finesse his skills during his Part 3 studies. Joe offers creativity and a fresh perspective on all his projects.

Josh is an energetic and creative member of our team. He found his passion for architecture in a graphics lesson at school and has a fascination with complex buildings such as skyscrapers.
Josh builds relationships easily and loves working in a team.
Kadri is a hugely experienced project manager bringing his decades of international experience to the UK.
Kadri is expertly project managing our St. Regis London, The Westbury fitout.

Les is a hugely experienced architect and has had a passion for architecture since he was young - reading about the Pompidou Centre in the papers as a teen and an article about the brand new city of Brasilia.
Les has too many favourite buildings to name and is an inspiring member of our team.

Liam's always had an interest in architecture (he watched a lot of Grand Designs on TV as a teen!).
He a brilliant team player and loves collaborating with the team on large and complex hotel projects. Liam is an astute Technologist with a calm and confident approach.
The beginning of our long-term partnership with multi award winning local leisure complex Morley Hayes.
Nik joined Morrison Design in 2002, progressing to Director in 2019 in the management buyout. He's been designing hotels for over 20 years and has extensive project management experience.
He's hands-on and client facing, priding himself on delivering excellent service. Nik leads many of our hotel and public sector projects.
Pete joined Morrison Design in 1997 and worked his way up the ranks until the management buyout in 2019. Pete's always had a passion for design and chose a career in architecture after a stint of work experience age 14.
Pete is a hugely experienced architect and heads up many of our major hotel projects. He's also the Chair of Derby College Professional Construction Skills Academy - a first of its kind in the UK, offering an enhanced programme with additional input from local employers.

Sophie is an energetic and positive member of our team whose passion for architecture was ignited through her art and design A level at school.
She's determined, focused and inquisitive.
He has creativity in his genes - Sunny grew up helping his parents in their stained-glass studio; they sketched while he traced and rendered with their software.
