With a background in science and teaching, years of working with groups and personal understanding of obesity, Bar helped co-found LighterLife and continues to use her knowledge and experience to develop LighterLife for the benefit of all.
Dr Matt Capehorn has a specialist interest in obesity management and is the Medical Director at LighterLife. Matt has been on various advisory boards, is a full time GP and is the clinical manager at the Rotherham Institute for Obesity.
An obese child, teenager and adult, with two psychology degrees and over two decades of counselling, LighterLife co-founder Jackie brings unique expertise to LighterLife and its ongoing development.
