Wysing aims to provide alternative environments and structures for artistic research, experimentation, discovery and production... Wysing works with artists at every stage in their careers, We regularly run events for families and young people, and are able to offer workshops to range of community groups and schools that link closely to Wysing's residency and exhibition programmes. We work with young people age 15 - 25 in rural Cambridgeshire and Fenland, and continue to work on Circuit Cambridge, a programme for young people age 18 - 25 in partnership with Kettle's Yard, Cambridge and in collaboration with Tate... We are delighted to announce a new Wysing edition created by 2024 Turner-prize nominee and Wysing Residency alum Delaine Le Bas. Le Bas' transdisciplinary practice combines embroidery, painting, collage, sculpture, installation, and performance creating fantastical images and environments that reflect on nationhood, land, gender and belonging.
