We provide psychological, social, individual and group sessions that are informed by best practice and individually tailored to each resident... Our services provide both an alternative to hospital admission or the ‘next step' after hospital. We focus on developing the skills and confidence needed for independent living, giving people a chance to live happy, healthy lives... At CHT, we work with and support individuals with a history of multiple and prolonged hospital admissions or placement breakdowns, who are often unresponsive to treatment, and who may have very complex needs and histories of trauma.
