Andrew joined the company in 2017 having previously worked alongside Fletcher Homes producing their development layouts and home designs for several years.
Andrew started in the industry straight from secondary school, working at an architectural practice specialising in the restoration of historic listed buildings and new builds, in traditional styles and conservation areas.
One of his favourite things about his role at Fletchers' is designing new homes with the latest styles that purchasers desire within their new home.
Alongside the designing our homes, Andrew is responsible for obtaining the relevant planning and technical approvals for our developments. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
Carleton joined the Fletcher team as Site Manager in 2017. Carleton spent his years prior to Fletchers working in commercial construction across the West Midlands and London.
Carole has worked with Fletcher Homes for many years, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Carole holds a number of qualifications, including:

She has experience of both on site and field training for various developers within the county. Within her current role supporting Fletcher Homes, Carole meets with purchasers across our developments, taking them from their initial enquiry and reservation of a home through to legal completion.
What Carole loves best about working with Fletcher Homes, is that no two days are the same. The whole team are approachable, knowledge, professional and on hand whenever needed. With an amazing workforce and environment, Carole feels it's an absolute pleasure to hand over homes to their new owners, safe in the knowledge they will have many happy years ahead of them in their new Fletcher home.
Clive has been involved in the construction industry his whole life. He began his career serving an apprenticeship as a carpenter and builder, gaining a BSc(Hons) degree in Construction Management. Following this, Clive served as Chair for several influential construction organisations throughout the UK, including the Construction Confederation, the Chartered Building Company and the Consultancy Board of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Clive is committed to lifelong learning and providing all employees with training opportunities to improve their skills. He believes that the construction industry offers a wealth of development opportunities for all.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Member of the Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Building and the Royal Society of Arts.
Clive is involved in many charities. He is the President of the Enterprise Club for disabled people, President of the City of Coventry Scouts and is a huge supporter of various other charities and boards.
Dave started in 1997 as a Fork Lift Driver and was quickly appointed to Site Manager. Dave has worked on a number of our past developments such as; Wat's Meadow, Abbeydale, The Woodlands Newtown, St Martins Church Veiw, Bramblewood Chirk Bank and Monkmoor Priors Court. Dave enjoys football and is a big STFC supporter and he also recently completed the Shrewsbury 10K run with his sons.
Dean joined the company in 2013 as Director, overseeing the companies contract administration. He Trained as a Estimator and Surveyor prior to Fletchers and is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Building. Outside of work, Dean is a keen golfer.
Close to the popular towns of Shrewsbury and Oswestry and the vibrant cities of Chester and Wrexham, Hawthorn Rise in the market town of Ellesmere is the ideal location.
Jonathan joined the Fletcher team in 1997 as Materials & Sub Contractors Manager after previously working for a national house builder.
In 2004 he became Construction Director and was once again promoted in 2008 to Managing Director. Jonathan's role ensures the company's general operation, land acquisition and forward vision. Jonathan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and is a keen WWFC & STFC supporter and loves attending music festivals.
Margarida started working for Fletchers in 2017 as Technical Assistant. Her role is to Assist our Quantity Surveyor and Technical Manager on all of our developments.

Petra joined Fletcher Homes in 1994 as a Receptionist and later in 2001 was appointed to Assistant Sales Manager. Petra continued to climb the career ladder and a year later in 2002 she was made Fletchers Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible for overseeing all development sales, marketing and specification.
In 2002 Tom joined Fletchers as a bricklayer labourer before he was promoted to Assistant Site Manager. Tom is a lifelong LFC supporter and travels far and wide to see them play.
William became part of the Fletcher team in 2006 as Quantity Surveyor and is also a Buyer for the company with the assistance of Margarida. William previously lived and taught in Spain and speaks fluent Spanish.
