AGN International Ltd (and its regional affiliates; together "AGN") is a not-for-profit worldwide membership association of separate and independent accounting and advisory businesses. AGN is not a "network" as defined by IEASB 2023 Handbook of the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants. Neither AGN nor any of its members are members of Nexia International Ltd, nor otherwise are in a "network" with Nexia or any of its members.
