Adrian was appointed Director of Thomas Miller (Management Services) Ltd and Thomas Miller Professional Indemnity Ltd in 2013, having joined the Professional Indemnity Division of Thomas Miller in 2008.

He managed AXA's run-off portfolio of professional indemnity claims.
Adrian managed substantial claims in the London Market, and mediated in the United States and Ireland.
Ahmed joined the Professional Indemnity Division of Thomas Miller after qualifying as a barrister and working in the insurance industry with Lloyds of London.
His first role was to handle claims against barristers. He quickly moved to handling claims against solicitors and surveyors and eventually heading the Claims Department.
He is the Chief Executive Officer and an executive director of Bar Mutual Indemnity Fund Limited.
AS CEO Ahmed leads the management team of Thomas Miller Professional Indemnity Ltd and combines this role with that of Claims Manager for the PI Division and General Manager.

Elizabeth joined Thomas Miller as a Claims Handler for Bar Mutual in February 2018. In her role, Elizabeth handles a wide range of professional negligence claims against barristers of all practice areas. Elizabeth also deals with the defence of complaints made to the Bar Standards Board and disciplinary proceedings.
Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor at a major City of London law firm specialising in insurance litigation in September 2015. Elizabeth qualified into the firm's Professional Indemnity team where she predominantly assisted with the defence of a number of multi-million pound claims against accountants. Elizabeth was a key part of the legal team that successfully defended one of those claims at a three week trial in the Mercantile Court. In addition, Elizabeth also defended claims against various other professionals including solicitors and surveyors and advised insurers on policy coverage points.
Elizabeth started her legal career at DWF in Leeds, where she worked as a paralegal dealing with the defence of complex, high value injury claims for a number of insurer clients.
Gemma qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and joined Thomas Miller as a Claims Executive in January 2018.
Gemma's experience in private practice of pursuing professional negligence claims against solicitors provides her with a unique tactical insight into the defence of such proceedings. She has previous criminal defence experience and this now assists her in defending disciplinary proceedings against members of the Bar. Gemma is also familiar with the operation of the family courts gained from acting for clients in divorce and financial remedy proceedings.

Mark joined Thomas Miller Investment in 2008 having previously worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Alongside portfolio management responsibilities he also conducts research and analysis across a range of asset classes with a focus on alternative investments. He is a member of the TMI Investment Strategy Committee and Head of Alternatives Research. Mark studied economics at the University of Sheffield and is a CFA Charterholder.

Rajiv joined Thomas Miller in 2001.
He has had a varied career starting off in the profession as an Auditor, auditing companies such as P & I mutual marine.
He then joined Commercial Union (now AVIVA) where he performed various roles in their Life and Fund Management businesses, after which he joined an IT company.
Rajiv is the Chief Financial Officer of Bar Mutual Indemnity Fund Ltd and is an executive director of the company.

Redvers joined Thomas Miller after completing his pupillage at 2-3 Gray's Inn Square.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of PAMIA and leads the management teams of a number of businesses in the Thomas Miller Group, including Thomas Miller Discretionary Mutual Management, OPDU and TM Legal.

Sarah joined Thomas Miller in 2023 having completed a one year secondment with Bar Mutual from one of its panel firms of solicitors. Sarah handles a wide range of professional negligence claims against barristers including complaints to the Legal Ombudsman. Sarah also has significant experience of dealing with BSB disciplinary proceedings.
Sarah qualified as a solicitor at a major City of London firm specialising in insurance litigation and has spent her whole career defending professional negligence claims against legal professionals, surveyors, brokers, IFAs and accountants. Sarah has experience of all aspects of civil litigation including pre-action protocol claims, court proceedings at County Court and High Court level and ADR. She has also advised on data protection issues including subject access requests. Before she joined Thomas Miller Sarah was responsible for running six claims handling schemes for a major insurer and also provided advice to Bar Mutual as one of its panel lawyers.
Simon joined Thomas Miller in September 2017. Since then, he has defended all manner of professional negligence claims against barristers, as well as disciplinary proceedings and complaints to the Legal Ombudsman.
Simon is an experienced litigator and was previously a Partner in private practice at a major City of London law firm, specialising in professional negligence litigation. He has circa 18 years of experience and throughout his career has handled professional negligence claims and coverage disputes against most (non-medical) professionals including barristers, solicitors, surveyors, architects, engineers and other construction professionals, brokers and financial institutions/IFAs. He also has substantial experience of property damage, subrogation, product liability and ATE matters.
He was awarded the Blackstone Entrance Exhibition and qualified as a barrister in 1999. He re-qualified as a solicitor in 2001.
Simon has substantial experience of ADR and in particular has handled numerous mediations and settlement meetings.

Stacey joined Thomas Miller in 2019 where she has defended all manner of professional negligence claims against barristers was well as disciplinary proceedings and complaints to the Legal Ombudsman. Prior to joining Thomas Miller Stacey worked on Bar Mutual claims while in private practice, particularly disciplinary matters.
Stacey qualified as a solicitor and barrister in Australia in 2006 and has experience appearing as advocate in the Local, District and Supreme Court of NSW and in the Federal Court of Australia in a broad range of insurance matters. She qualified as solicitor in England and Wales in 2008 and has significant insurance litigation experience gained in two large London law firms. She has over 15 years of experience dealing with professional negligence claims against barristers, solicitors, accountants, IFAs and surveyors as well as doctors and dentists.
She has been involved in a number of judicial review proceedings and has experience dealing with mediations and ADR.
