MOZAIK - Key Persons

Karen Jones-Williams has over 25 years experience of thick film materials and processing. She is an Engineer who started out as a screen printing room Supervisor manufacturing thick film circuits in large quantities for mobile telecommunications. In 1989 Karen joined a major thick film paste manufacturer as Customer Service Engineer and then moved in to Sales Management and finally the Managing Director position for the UK Production facility. Karen acts as an expert Consultant for Mozaik since 2023. Also she founded Thick Film Accessories Ltd which supplies consumables to the industry.

Steve Muckett has a background in Materials Science and has previously worked as a High School teacher, Research Scientist and Sales & Marketing of thick film pastes. In 1993 Steve resigned from a senior marketing position at a well known thick film paste manufacturer and founded Mozaik Technology Ventures Ltd. The original focus was on the Electronics Industry and Technology Institutions within Eastern Europe and the offer of Consultancy, Sales & Marketing Support and Services to clients and customers within, or with an interest in, Eastern Europe. Steve is well known globally as an expert in thick film materials and ceramics processing for Microelectronics. He has over 30 years experience in this field.
