Peterborough Council for Voluntary Service (PCVS) is a registered charity that supports the voluntary sector in Peterborough. We are a membership organisation. Established in 1980, we've been helping over 500 charities and volunteering groups to deliver for Peterborough... PCVS supports individuals and community groups to live better lives. We run a variety of services aimed at improving health and wellbeing, building individuals and groups' ability to help some of the most excluded members of society, and providing the skills and support needed for many charities and community groups, big and small, to thrive... PCVS provides regular newsletters and events for members. Currently, we provide a monthly newsletter, funding news and training news. We also host regular events including coffee mornings for our Direct Payment customers, conferences, face to face training, and networking sessions.
