Ian remains a passionate hands-on technology specialist. His commitment to customer service, problem ownership and desire to meet every customer need has created a culture recognised by customers. The company's organic growth is driven by word of mouth and recommendation from existing, highly satisfied customer organisations.

Jeremy Peet - CTO

Jeremy Peet joined Open Answers from Dixons Group plc in 1993 and has played a vital role in the company's development, leading on many architecture, engineering, and operations engagements. His broad technical and business domain expertise, passion and experience has underpinned successful long term engagements at several customers, while his management skills have ensured the growth of the organisation's support, consultancy and development service streams.

Ralph Turner

Ralph Turner joined Open Answers from NCR in 1996 as an expert in the Unix kernel and open systems communications protocols. Ralph has a natural ability to share knowledge and is an experienced technical trainer. In the early 2000s he wrote the Sun Microsystems Network Internals training course, delivering it to Sun's engineers all around the world. Ralph now leads Open Answers' operations and support functions with a team of senior engineers following DevOps and Service Management best practices.

Richard Rawcliffe

Richard joined Open Answers from Ferranti-SYSECA in 1998 as senior technical consultant with broad hands-on experience. Richard's vision established the company's first LAMP-based application development practice in 2005 and he now leads a team of software engineers and product managers developing cloud-friendly enterprise apps using Node.js, Vue.js, Java, Camel, Mule, PHP, Python, C++ and more - all built following secure software development lifecycle practices and smothered in test automation. As well as serving our customers, Richard's team is also responsible for developing Open Answers' growing products portfolio.
