Alessandra looks after the Implementation team and oversees all Professional Services projects and processes.
Alessandra is responsible for all Professional Services activity at OASES. She has been working in software implementation in a variety of industries over the past decade. Her success to date has been based on an inclusive approach to teamwork and she is passionate about Learning and Development whilst being committed to providing the best customer onboarding process possible.
Faraz has worked in technical roles in aircraft engineering and maintenance for 14 years.
Faraz has worked in aviation industry for over 14 years in various engineering and technical roles. He brings this deep and focused experience to bear in defining the OASES product strategy, evolving ever-evolving functionality to meet the requirements of a dynamic industry. Faraz is a seasoned and passionate practitioner of agile methodologies to drive and accelerate efficient development cycles. He strongly believes in the power of collaboration with customers and has worked alongside many of them for years, enriching mutual understanding.
Iulia is responsible for coordinating and managing client migration to OASES Cloud and onboarding new customers.
As Project Manager, Iulia is a vital part of the implementation and professional services team. Her main focus at OASES will be to support the migration of existing clients onto the OASES Cloud platform and onboarding new customers.

Martyn is responsible for coordinating and managing aviation projects from concept creation to delivery.
As the Head of Aviation Projects, Martyn is responsible for coordinating and managing OASES development projects. Martyn's main focus at OASES will be to oversee the migration of new and existing customers onto the OASES Cloud platform.

For the Commsoft customers she serves, Milena is the mastermind behind all things OASES. Her strategy includes assisting customers in optimising their OASES system and accompanying them on their future journeys as OASES continues to evolve. She joins OASES from the SaaS security company, HID Global, bringing with her over 7 years' experience of best practice for enhancing CX though seamless and directional processes. Milena leads the Customer Success team with the strong belief that the term ‘Customer Centricity' is now more important than ever in the post-pandemic business climate.
Paul guides the future of OASES; evaluating strategic direction, to develop a robust business pipeline.
Paul helps guide the future of OASES; evaluating strategic direction to develop a robust new business pipeline. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within the aviation industry and beyond, having held senior positions at IBS Software Services, SITA, and latterly as a Sales Business Development consultant at Accenture.
Saidhar joins from Rusada where he spent the last 9 years; his last role being Head of Sales for APAC and the Middle East. He has extensive background in MRO, having started his career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer before moving to the supplier side of the business with Capgemini and Cognizant. His wealth of experience is a great asset for OASES as he focusses on driving the company's New Business growth in the region.
