Established as a company in 1988, Merlin Design Services Ltd has diversified from being a manual drafting board engineering service to fully embracing the Computer Aided Design & Drafting technologies available... Our first contract was with a firm called Impactex, with which we helped develop a secure parcel drop off unit for The Post Office in the UK, and the glazing used for the control tower at Faslane Submarine Base... Since then we have been involved in rolling stock design and development (new and refurbishment), orthopaedic implants, and tooling (Depuy Intl), weapons Systems (VDSL).
