Beginning as Modern Lace Limited in 1949 with 15 Barmen lace machines the plant has increased to our present number of 200 lace machines with a diverse number of bobbin amounts... Malmic Lace Limited is now the sole manufacturer of Barmen lace in the UK as well as being a producer of elastic or rigid braid and speciality trimmings for the fashion industry... Malmic Lace Ltd manufacture elastic rigid braids, cords can supply an extensive range of laces trimmings
