Damian Flavell

Job Titles:

Buying or selling a house is more than just bricks and mortar, it's about the journey you are on, to get you to where you want to be. It should be exciting and fun! Making plans for the future and making dreams a reality. My family have lived in Rugby for generations and I have seen the Town grow and develop to become a sought after place to live. I grew up in Hillmorton and left at 18 years old to study at University, achieving a Masters degree in business. After working around the country for several years it was finally time to settle down and raise a family and there was only one place I would consider. I returned to Rugby over a decade ago and joined the amazing team at Horts. During my time working with Horts I have helped move hundreds of people, welcoming many people to the area, others leaving the town to start lives in exciting new places, and also assisting locals move up or down the property ladder. When choosing an agent you want someone with extensive knowledge and a passion about the area, someone who can give expert, honest advice. A professional who is dedicated to helping you before, during, and after your transaction, that anticipates problems or issues, and works to bring about the best outcomes at every stage. This leaves you to focus on what matters to you most-whether that's finding your dream home, scouting out an ideal investment, or selling your property.

Dan Brothers

Job Titles:
  • Property Consultant
My family and I came to Wootton in 2008 because we wanted to be part of a fantastic community and wanted to benefit from the wonderful schools and transport links. We were immediately inspired by the local community, the people and the desire from the local people to make this a fantastic place to live. I have spent all of my adult life serving people whether it be in hospitality or in Estate Agency. Moving home is a huge deal and you need someone who really enjoys working with people and someone who is working hard on your behalf. These little things can make a big difference when considering the agent of choice in the local area. Being an independent property consultant offers me the flexibility of working with well known brands, whilst getting the work life balance just right!
