A 2 Engineering Services manages many data centre servers, both for customers and our own hosting services. We design and deploy systems for many different applications... We have designed and implemented a SIP Trunking platform with sophisticated call routing and fraud detection features. The platform also integrates RTP Proxy servers (NAT traversal, codec transcoding and call recording) and Media servers (voicemail, fax services, speaking clock and customer driven diagnostics)... We have designed and implemented a call billing platform to manage multiple suppliers and multiple retail tariffs. The platform provides the capability for affinity groups, automatic volume discounts, free call allowances and more.
