Adrian Chinchilla is Partner and General Manager of Amrop in Costa Rica, where he leads the search for senior executives and independent members of boards of directors for national companies, multinationals and family business groups. Adrian has over 25 years of managerial experience in the private and public sector, and as a member of boards of directors. In the financial sector, he has been the Pension Manager of the Corredores Asociados Group in Colombia, and a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Cathay, from 2010 to date. He led real estate companies for more than 15 years as General Manager of the European Real Estate Group DIURSA, General Manager of Futura Developments and President of Suburbia Developments.

Alexander Hartmann war Head of Banking Operations und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der Bank Julius Bär in Zürich. Er war Mitbegründer eines Start-ups im Bereich Biometrie. Seine Spezialgebiete sind Technologie/Digitalisierung, Industrie und Healthcare. Alexander Hartmann erwarb den Doktortitel der Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaft an der Universität Göttingen und schloss ein Post Graduate Studium an der Johns Hopkins University in Bologna sowie ein Masterstudium in Applied History an der Universität Zürich ab; er ist auch Mitglied des Leitenden Ausschusses dieses Programms. Seine über die Jahre gesammelten Erfahrungen als Verwaltungsrat verschiedener Gesellschaften nutzt er sowohl im Executive Search wie auch im Bereich Board Appointments. Alexander joined Amrop in 2004. He was previously an Associate Partner of a Management Consulting company before joining Julius Bär, where he was Head of Banking Operations and member of the Management Committee of Bank Julius Baer in Zurich. He later co-founded and managed a leading edge start-up in the biometric industry. Alexander is a member of the Steering Committee of the Master's program in Applied History at the University of Zurich.

Andreas Boke is a Partner at Amrop, based in Gothenburg. He executes assignments both nationally and internationally, covering a number of business sectors. He is a member of Amrop's global Industrial Practice. Andreas has 16 years of Executive Search experience. In 2003, he entered the search industry as a Consultants in a boutique firm in Stockholm. In 2007, he established the office for an international search firm in Goteborg and grew the team to seven people. Between 2014 and 2019, Andreas worked at C-suite level for Korn Ferry International.Andreas has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, but especially covering Industrial and Consumer. Andreas spent four years as Management Consultants at Arthur D. Little working with a broad scope of industries and assignments. He assisted several clients in projects concerning Operations Management incl sourcing, supply chain and manufacturing, as well as helped clients concerning strategy projects and Due Diligence. Andreas started his career at Sydkraft (today E.On Sweden), first as a Management Trainee and then as Portfolio Manager at the trading department.Apart from a career in Sweden, Andreas has also had assignments in other countries including experience living in Portugal and Japan. Andrew Woodburn is Managing Director of Amrop Woodburn Mann in Johannesburg, and a Member of Amrop's Global Board. He continues to work with clients in the retail, mining, heavy industry, communications, FMCG and financial services sectors. Andrew began his Executive Search career in 1995 at a London-based Executive Search firm, where he worked on international search projects across all functions and industries. Prior to his current role, Andrew worked with blue chip clients such as Coca Cola and SAB Miller on delivering marketing/strategy consulting, web design and online integration, performance management, software development, data analysis and reporting services. Andrew has experience working in a start-up team for the creation of a financial institution, and was involved in founding a new banking organisation with a focus on micro-finance. He has worked in corporate strategy for a global brewing company. This led to an opportunity for him to work in marketing. His involvement in leading brands and new product development provided a platform to leverage his strategic insight and creative flair into the commercial arena. Andrew began his career as an engineer. He received a Social Studies Graduate Diploma and a Master of Science Degree in Development Economics from Oxford University. Anna Bonde joined Amrop Malmö as a Partner in 2009. Previously, she worked 12 years in the UK and continental Europe. In 1999 she co-established a global executive search firm's Luxembourg branch and dedicated her time to the Banking industry and Professional Services. Before entering the search business Anna held various positions at Bloomberg LP in London. Anna is a core member of the Consumer & Retail PG but she has strong experience working with Family controlled businesses, Industrial, Professional- and Financial Services. Annika Farin is Chair of The Amrop Partnership. She is Founding Partner of Amrop in Germany and core member of Amrop's global Leadership Services, Consumer and Financial Services Practices. Prior to joining Amrop, Annika founded her own executive search and development firm, with a focus on global companies going through significant leadership transformations. Prior to that she was a Managing Director at Amrop from 2007 to 2010, where she co-headed the global Leadership Development and Assessment Practice. From 1996 to 2003, Annika has worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company - as an Engagement Manager she focused on Change Management, HR Excellence Projects, Company Culture as well as Growth and Organization, working across industries. Thereafter she held two executive positions: first as a Senior Vice President at Infineon AG, heading "People and Organization" and at Tchibo AG as Head of Corporate Human Resources. Annika has about 15 years of experience as a Partner in Executive Search and Development and has conducted very senior work in both areas, among them post-Merger Integration, senior executive review processes and the establishment of talent management in client organisations. In her work she believes in bespoke, thorough solutions with a 'make happen attitude'. Annika studied Business Administration at the European School of Management (EAP), Paris, Oxford, Berlin.
