Andrew Milner is a leading expert in the construction industry relating to construction law, dispute avoidance and resolution. As a chartered quantity surveyor, construction lawyer, accredited adjudicator, and construction law academic, he understands construction projects from a multidisciplinary perspective. He is a researcher practitioner and holds a doctorate degree in construction law and disputes... Driven by his strong moral values, and desire to share his knowledge and experience, Andrew offers up his time to guide and support undergraduate students at the University of Salford with their final year research paper; and post graduate students on the LLM in Construction Law and Practice with their final year research thesis.
