Capacity Training International (CTI) was established to meet a growing demand for practical implementation of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR) into companies involved in the extractive and energy sectors worldwide... CTI specializes in the implementation of targeted training programs with security entities, in order to minimize the risk of human rights abuses occurring with regards to their security arrangements, and hence complicity. Our aim is to transform the theoretical concepts of human rights into operational security realities, which meet the requirements of our clients and international law, practice and standards.
