COTSWOLDS CONSERVATION BOARD

It was established by Parliamentary Order in 2004 and has 37 members drawn from local authorities, parish councils, and appointments made by the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs. Our employee team is supported by 400+ voluntary wardens who work right across the Cotswolds... Our team works with an underpinning principle that this landscape is for everyone, from all walks of life. We work to bring people and organisations together to find win-win solutions which conserve, enhance, and restore the landscape, and which serve the people who are here. We work hard, often in partnership, to find outcomes which offer the most positive benefits and the least negative impact. Together, we and those we work with aim to continue to create a place that is vibrant, unique, welcoming, and truly special - for people and for nature...
