DAVID PATTINSON

In 1997, the firm outgrew those premises and moved to its present site conveniently situated in the centre of Balderton. Many local people will remember this building at the traffic lights as a former sub-branch of Lloyds Bank. The firm currently consists of the principal, David Pattinson, and four full-time employees, serving a broad range of mainly small business clients in the Newark area and beyond... David Pattinson established his accountancy practice in 1982, operating from his spare bedroom with little more than a desk, a telephone and a typewriter. A loyal band of clients was gradually built up and in 1986, when the workload became too much for one person, it was time to move on.
