Abby Fraser

Abby joined Distinctly in August 2020 as a Junior Executive and has since grown into an account management position where she has gained exposure to a huge variety of clients and industries. Abby is now a Senior SEO Strategist where she directly manages her own client portfolio, working with clients to improve their digital footprint and managing a number of website migrations and design projects. Abby enjoys working with clients to look at the full picture to establish where organic strategy fits in with their overall marketing goals beyond SEO, collaborating with clients on social media, email marketing, UX and content strategy to ensure they're ahead of the industry when it comes to finding their audiences online.

Alex Cassidy

Alex joined Distinctly in the Summer of 2022. He began his career as a journalist, specialising in American football, and started working in SEO in 2015 after moving into digital marketing. Not long after, he began to concentrate on link building, digital PR and outreach. His work in this area has won many industry awards whilst gaining links in publications such as The Guardian and The New York Times, and those of the BBC. In 2019 he spoke at BrightonSEO on the topic of Digital PR, and has addressed multiple industry conferences throughout his career. Alex ensures that the Digital PR team at Distinctly is at the cutting edge of strategies to ensure that they deliver effective off-page solutions for clients.

Cameron Sykes

Cameron began his career in traditional marketing, where he first discovered the world of digital. In 2017, Cameron made the move into digital marketing, after discovering a strong passion for SEO. With a keen interest in the problem-solving side of SEO, Cameron has worked with a broad range of organisations, from local companies through to international conglomerates. He now helps brands to combine strong technical foundations and effective content strategies, eagerly striving to enhance the user experience and performance of clients' websites. He uses his wealth of experience to lead our keyword and on-page optimisation team.

Ella enjoys all aspects of her role, but she has a passion for digging into stories, exploring different angles, and finding additional outreach opportunities across campaigns.

Emily joined Distinctly in January 2022 after working as an e-commerce assistant for a start-up business. As part of the on-page pod, Emily has great experience performing in-depth keyword research and content optimisation, which is often used as part of the wider SEO strategy. Emily is particularly interested in competitor analysis, delving into user experience and keyword targeting to help boost our clients visibility within their specific niche.

Jack joined Distinctly in the autumn of 2014, initially focusing on outreach and link building campaigns. He later discovered that his true passion lay in technical SEO, and is now our agency Technical SEO Lead. Jack particularly enjoys the investigative and analytical detail involved in technical SEO. He works to devise new technical strategies, oversees complex website migrations and troubleshoots visibility issues. He also enjoys working closely with clients, advising them on how to get the very best results from campaigns. With the SEO landscape constantly changing, Jack ensures the technical department are avidly testing new tools and features to improve the performance of clients' websites.

Jen Wlodyka

Jen joined Distinctly in 2021, as Operations and Culture Manager to support Liz and Tom in all operational aspects of the agency, as well as working with the wider team to maintain the strong company culture. Jen has over 15 years of experience working within agencies. In her previous role, she worked as an account director, leading the media campaigns of a number of large scale brand response clients. Whilst having a great knowledge of the broad media landscape, her transferable skills of project management, multitasking, organisation, prioritisation and team management are invaluable for her role at Distinctly. Her interest in working within agency operations grew as she took more of an active role in an agency ideas exchange committee and when she took on the role of co-chair for the Working Dependents Diversity and Inclusion Group across the entire network group OMG. These steps led her to the decision to fully devote her career path to operational and cultural issues.

Following a degree in journalism, she began her career in the industry over 10 years ago and has worked across startups, not-for-profits and global companies both in-house and in-agency. As a leader in content strategy and content design, she has managed a diverse portfolio of projects for both B2C and B2B clients with a high success rate. Jess excels at crafting data-backed content strategies that not only answer customer queries and address challenges, but also guides them to conversion. Her work is defined by a passion for creating world-class use-centric content that resonates and converts, making a meaningful impact in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

At Distinctly she utilises a data-driven approach to account management, combining client data and industry insights with automation. She uses her technical knowledge of Google Ads to take a strategic view of accounts, maintaining a focus on clients' business goals and revenue targets.

Liz has been working at Distinctly since 2011, and has seen it grow from a small consultancy to the thriving, specialised agency it is today. Initially, Liz worked on the marketing and business development side of the agency, but her role has since evolved into a broader, cross-functional commercial role. Her responsibilities now include strategy and business planning, agency growth management and team development. Prior to Distinctly, Liz worked in various marketing and communications roles within the professional services industry. This allowed her to gain experience in managing and implementing complex projects, brand building, reputation and crisis management, corporate social responsibility and internal communications. She is immensely proud of Distinctly's supportive environment and plays a large part in ensuring it is maintained as she helps to direct the agency's growth.

Meera joined Distinctly in June 2021 as a Junior PPC Executive after completing a Psychology degree at the University of Sussex. Since then, she's worked her way up to a Paid Media Account Manager, now overseeing several different client accounts. Whilst working on both B2B and B2C clients, Meera specialises in E-commerce PPC, with a particular interest in creative industries such as fashion and interior design. She enjoys combining these personal interests with her bank of PPC knowledge to improve online sales and boost revenue. Whilst covering a variety of paid media platforms, Meera has also recently branched out to TikTok advertising, embracing her creative side and capitalising on the success of this upcoming platform.

As someone who is creative yet analytical, Rachel's interests lie in data-led campaigns and she has worked to streamline our data-gathering processes.
