Alan Collett is a Chartered Accountant who is qualified in England & Wales (number 7623070), and in Australia (number 32252). He is a well regarded migration agent (MARN 0102534) who is registered with the Australian regulator of migration professionals - the Migration Agents Registration Authority - and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (number 1230). Alan is also a Registered Tax Agent in Australia, number 5359 7007. Alan moved to Australia with his family in April, 2001, and now spends time in the UK, Australia, and South East Asia advising clients on visas and tax planning. Sarah provides support with the preparation and submission of visa applications - in particular parent visa applications - the scanning of documentation in Australia for lodgment with the relevant authorities, and liaising with clients regarding their visa applications.

Wendy provides a vital link in the visa application process, by liaising with clients, handling incoming post from clients, scanning documentation and submitting the same to the Department of Immigration, maintaining client records on our internal client management system, and generally liaising with clients when a consultant is not available to confirm all is well with their visa application. Our clients often receive emails directly from Wendy to confirm the safe delivery of paperwork, or have a telephone conversation with her to confirm all is well with their visa application.
