John Sharman - CTO

John started his career in the construction fixings industry, developing customised cladding systems. He was involved in the original development of many commonly encountered support and restraint components, and maintains an active interest in the sector. He joined the board of Harrison Goldman in 1998 to enhance the ability of the company to offer concise structural solutions to complex cladding configurations, and is directly involved in the design and specification of support structures for interior and external cladding. These include brick and block masonry, secondary steelwork and pre-stressing systems. John undertakes the interpretation of cladding failures, and the provision of independent design analysis of cladding fixing systems. He is responsible for the design of cladding and fixings on major contracts.

Mark Goldman - Managing Director

Job Titles:

Mark worked in the UK, Middle East and Far East designing stone cladding systems, before founding Harrison Goldman with Peter in 1993. He has in-depth knowledge of the practical design and use of stone as both cladding and paving. Mark is responsible for the development and overall management of the company, ensuring that quality systems are enforced within the company and providing a personal contact with established clients. Mark is also responsible for the overall co-ordination of the stonework design and fixings on major contracts. He provides pre-tender advice to architects and engineers, and undertakes site inspections. Mark provides reports on cladding and floor failures and advice on remedial measures.
