I started out in small animal day practice where I qualified in 2004, I then followed my passion for emergency work by working in an out of hours practice where I achieved my Veterinary Nurse Emergency and Critical care certificate. During my time there I gained two pussy cats (Phoebie and Piper), got married and had a family which has lead me back into day practice by joining the Hillmans team, to give me a healthy work life balance. When I'm not at work enjoying cuddles from puppies and kittens I'm enjoying kickboxing, camping with my family and friends and trying to train Hobbs and Shaw our two latest additions (fancy mice!)

I have worked in the veterinary industry for 24 years and my true passion is animals. If I'm not at work taking care of our patients, I am at home surrounded by my fur, feathered and scaly babies.
Claire has been qualified since 2006 and enjoys all aspects of the Veterinary Nursing Role. Since qualifying she has completed further qualifications in specialised areas within the field and is able to bring this knowledge to practice both to benefit clients and their pets as well as fellow colleagues. She also has a keen interest in wellbeing; continually improving her knowledge here too to benefit others around her. Claire now works part-time as a senior RVN at the Cannock branch due to having her son and daughter. In her own time she is very passionate about family and enjoys quality time out in nature and supporting her children in their interests. She includes going for walks and yoga, cooking, baking and reading when possible as well as having quality time with friends.
Alberto works mainly in Arboretum and Lichfield branch sometimes, he has been part of the team for a year now since he graduated in Madrid 2018. He loves surgery, he has one cat and looking forward to make the pet family bigger.
I graduated in 2016 from the University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania where I started working in a Small animal Clinic which collaborated with a few animal associations and animal shelters. Provided guidance and treatment to the animals there from their first visit until they were adopted. Being able to be with them during their journey from a scared or ill cat/ dog into a happy and loved pet with their new family was an amazing experience. I hope I will be able to repeat it some day.
I started work at Hillman Vets in April 2019 and I am enjoying every minute of it. I have an interest in soft tissue surgery but I also enjoy the diversity and challenges of general practice.
I have many pets back home and also here. All of them are rescues, even my guinea pig Flakka - who acts more like a dog than a guinea pig and my hamster Gargamel who thinks is a skydiver.
I am a really social and curious person and I guess that is why I love travelling and my job so much.

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2013 and have been working at the Cannock branch ever since. I enjoy seeing the less common pets, including rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles and birds. My other passion is surgery. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy walking and exploring historical sites, especially cathedrals and castles.
I qualified from the University of Bristol in June 2021. Since joining the Hillman team, I have been enjoying all aspects of veterinary practice, especially surgery.
I joined Hillman Vets on 4th June 2018 as a receptionist. I am based at our Darlaston branch. I love interacting with the clients and giving cuddles to all the animals and being part of the Hillman family.
Outside of work I am a busy mom to four children. I love to go on coastal walks with the family around England especially wales and Cornwall.

Helena joined the practice in 1996 and qualified in 2004. Helena is senior nurse at the Lichfield branch and runs the Facebook and Instagram accounts for all the branches. She has a pet tortoise called Dolly and has recently rescued an elderly cat called Jaffa.

I have been with the practice since 2003 and love the varied role I have at Hillman Vets. I particularly enjoy HR and hold CIPD qualification. At home, I have a dog named Maisy who loves long walks in the park. In my spare time I love gardening and crafting.
After studying animal management for 3 years I joined Hillmans back in Oct 2016. I love interacting with our clients & their pets when they first come through the door.
In my spare time I enjoy boxing, reading & travelling when I can to different places.

I started at Hillmans back in 2016 as a junior nursing assistant, and since being with Hillmans i have done my Veterinary Care Assistant training and i am now on my last year of training to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse, and hope to qualify the end of 2022. I have also completed a certificate in Canine Behaviour and half way through a Canine training certificate. I love going for walks with my own dog Scamp.
I have been a qualified veterinary care assistant since 2018 and absolutely love my job here at Hillman Vets. I've wanted to work within the Veterinary industry and would like to one day be a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I love all aspects of my job and love seeing all our wonderful patients.
At home I have my horse Jaffa, my Siberian Husky Halo and my little cat Robbie and I spend my spare time caring for all of them and enjoying my time with them. Animals definitely are the biggest part of my life but I also love reading and enjoying the outdoors.
I joined Hillman vets in 2018 and am now a qualified veterinary care assistant. Working with animals has always been my passion growing up, with my dream to eventually become a veterinary nurse. I love nursing and giving the animals in our care lots of cuddles. At home, I have a Dutch rabbit named Ruby and a Bichon Frisé named Bonnie, who is my bestest friend. In my spare time I love to take her to new places and explore.
I joined Hillman Vets in May 2006 and am now Senior Receptionist at our Arboretum branch in Walsall. I love being on reception and getting to give cuddles to the pets. Outside of work I enjoy going to concerts, theatre trips, swimming and crafty projects.

I joined the Hillman Vets family in March 2018 as a junior nursing assistant and I am now awaiting to start the veterinary care assistant course. I enjoy assisting the vets and nurses with the animals giving lots of cuddles & interacting with clients.
Outside of work I have a horse called Zach on weekends I love to take him out riding. I have two pugs called Martha & Willow who love their walks over the Cannock Chase & a Bengal cross cat called Xanthe.
